You should have the option to buy single cards, not only registration and payment for a year

It is a gyp. I paid for it and tried five times to complete my video. I gave up. I placed the heads on the spots and pressed continue, etc. What a rip off!

Had difficulty with face selection. Need to be able to re adjust the mouth.
Great fun cards, just difficult to operate.

Starts off alright, then it crashes. Sent a video of 'It's a wonderful life' and the recipients couldn't see the end. It crashed

I love to laugh at all the videos I made on jibjab, makes other people laugh when nothing good is going right in their lives

I paid my annual fee and i can import one video, it's an outrage.

My first attempt and quite easy to follow instructions. Had trouble aligning mouths but it made it even more amusing, though described by the recipient as 'a thing of nightmare' whilst laughing in delight.
Looking forward to the next birthday of a family member away from home.

Good fun for when one has some time to share some of the appropriate videos for whom they include.

If I could just make one comment to improve this it would be to be able to put more than 5 people (we're 6 in the family so someone is always excluded) and probably be able to adapt the contours of the face cause the backeground is often visible on the sides.

After agreeing to monthly/yearly one-time fee I created a card only to find out there was an additional charge for me to download and then be able to send.
This is not correct. These charges should be highlighted prior to joining. It might be in the fine print but that doesn't make it right by me.
I want to cancel immediately.

So far so good except i would like to know is there a flat fee of $1.99 for all saved videos or is that per video to save? That is confusing

It is not evident you lock people into a contract to pay $18 a year, I made the card in a hurry assuming this was a low cost item, no where can I find on your web site the cost of the fees of membership or that it is auto renew.

I had a subscription to Jibjab that I haven't used all year (I'd forgotten about it). I noticed I'd been charged for the following year (2017) so contacted them to ask for NEXT year's (2018) to be cancelled. I wasn't expecting a refund for 2017 but they refunded me in full. This type of customer service ensures that if I need their type of service in the future I will come straight back to them.

I just love Jib jab. It makes me laugh and it makes others laugh. Just brilliant

The charge was confusing and I ended up with a 1 year. Subscription

The site is easy to use, but the video clips are pretty average. Also, it would be nice to be able to view the entire clip before you have to put the faces in.
