My query was promptly answered and the problem satisfactorily resolved.

I was rather disappointed because there is no monthly registration only yearly

A friend of ours had a stroke just before Christmas. He was in a hospital on Christmas Day. We made a couple JibJab videos before we visited. It was pretty easy to do once I got the hang of it. At the hospital, we then showed him the videos on our phone. He was laughing so hard. He said "This is what I need to help recover. Could you make one everyday?" I said "I think they have 1,200 of them, so sure!"

We had a lot of fun creating the videos! The app is very easy and friendly!

The videos were fine, but quite expensive compared with other sites - and when playing them on a large screen, they are highly pixelated, so the quality isn't great.

What a fun way to send a greeting to someone special. We have been having a blast creating fun and silly messages to our family and friends. I wish you could move around the faces once they've been applied though. You need to start over and although not that big a deal was a little frustrating.

I was billed for a service I believe I had cancelled. This company made it easy for me to cancel my subscription on line and even refunded me. Thank you

I was feeling blue without family for the holidays. So I signed up for JibJab and started putting family faces in the videos. What a hoot. My husband and I laughed all day. And so did the family members I sent the videos to. Loved them all and they cheered us up. Great idea!

I had great fun in sending these cards between setting up my face to watching what the cards done.
I would recommend this app to all my friends.

Card easy to use and send. Disappointed that you are not able to personalise the card and send a message to the recipient as you can do with Jacqui Lawson cards.

I sign in and select a new card and an error message telling me that the plug in will not load comes up. Am wondering whether this is because I am still running MS Vista which is no longer supported by Chrome?

It kept having me toad pics & align them. I thought it would be a simple project but it turned out to be a nightmare. No one received a Christmas card from
Me this year. I would like a full refund. Very dissatisfied.

We laugh a lot & have fun with JibJab, sharing video's with our friends and family.

After placing pictures to proceed I had to order to view the finished product which I was unsatisfied with. I tried to cancel and couldn't. I have not used the service or utilised it's product at all. I have requested a refund. I also discovered that it automatically subscribed to an annual fee! Very annoyed. About this. I am currently in dispute with jibbjabb over this whole experience.
