Lots of fun to create, send, people loving seeing themselves - but most of the formats are pretty lame but the kids ones are quite creative

I cancelled without use and cancelled payment. I might have been more interested if I could have a price before purchasing. Also the face I inserted was replaced with an unknown face.

I made a family video and everyone loved it. I found this so easy. Laughs while making, showing and looking again.

I have followed jibjab for many years. I decided to finally get a membership. Very satisfied with using their service. You can share as much ecards as you like by email. But note there is an additional small fee to download them to your computer if you want to keep them digital right managed free. Enjoying the laughs!

I wanted this for a family Christmas party game but could not personalize any of the cards. They continued to show the demo faces rather than my family memebers

To much going good on? There is a lot of things going good on and it's difficult to figure out what I want to do.

Your cards are cute but you have no idea what you are doing with the back end processing with a long list of recipients. Im asking for a refund. Your site is not competitive.

Enjoyed using the site for creating Christmas skits for the kids. The annual fee should include a certain number of downloads instead of having to pay for eah.

As a paid member we should have more videos to choose. Although there are several to choose from we should have a lot more. Other than that what we have to choose are great and awesome! I still love and have laughs with what we have to work with.

Hi There... after I created my card, and tried to sign up and provided my credit card; I received a message that the site was down. So I was not able to send the card and did not think my credit card went through. Now I get my credit card invoice with a charge on it and I am not sure what I am being charged for Please send me an explanation... thank you!

I am very impressed with CS. I only needed 1 video but signed up for 1 year subscription prior to later seeing the single Fee for 1 video. I was graciously given a refund of the yearly subscription.

Every Christmas our youngest granddaughter had so much fun with Jib Jab, we would watch several clips she did and just all laugh laugh laugh.

You pay for a subscription then they want you to pay to download the video. Greedy. Just roll it in the subscription. Good product but they are overdoing it with their fees.
