Some of linked video had the heads floating away from the bodies. Seemed isolated to specific videos, not all. Beyond that, was happy with the experience.

These cards are simply amazing - we are simply in stitches when we receive one and friends and family are the same. In fact some of our friends have joined this superb site.

Great app, easy to use, and videos are generated very fast which is a plus since you can see the product and make changes as necessary.

Had a blast making our video and software was a cinch to use. We LOA's off and felt it was money well spent even after just one vid!

Besides the site not working properly and I needed assistance to get it to work (had to abandon my Internet server and find another), there are not enough NEW choices. There are e cards that have been on there for years! Same themes, same music.

I like to make these videos with my friends' photos. I wish you could send them by text message, as some of them don't use email. I have to copy and paste the link to a text message.

Outstanding and extremely funny, had fun with it with a group of friends.

I sent 3 Christmas e-cards this year and only 1 of the three was opened. I had to send a separate email to the other 2 intended recipients to tell them to look for the card and they found it buried in their junk folder. I have to say it completely ruined the surprise of the card as a fun extra gift. I am disappointed with the service and frustrated that I spent money on it.

I really enjoy putting together cards on JibJab. They're easy to do do, uniquely humorous and are so different than other online cards.

Thought the advertised price and full payment was deceiving. Didn't realize the full charge that would be incurred until after full payment was made. Not happy about that.

It was a bit of a learning curve but now I can place a mouth just perfect! This app is fun, entertaining and fairly easy to work with. Mu friends and family love to receive a Jib Jab from us. The more contorted the faves you use the better! Try it. Youll love it!

Brought lots of laughs. Just not enough songs. And if not premium member cant watch you ecards from mobile phone. Nor can u make any videos from a mobile phone.

This was a fun friends and family event we all got to laugh. Why do I get black that looks like people wearing mustaches in the video?

I could not have access to all my pictures on facebook so it was a frustrating expieerence to obtain the photos I needed for jib jab otherwise it was good and the family I sent to enjoyed

I would like to be able to preview videos before I create e-cards.

Your messages go to spam due to too much jibjab content instead of making them fully personalized. I won't use the service again due to poor visibility of outgoing messages.

LOVE MAKING CARDS TO POST ON FACEBOOK OR EMAIL TO DISTANT RELATIVES. WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THEM FOR FREE BECAUSE I LOST TRACK OF THE HILARIOUS CARD I MADE LAST CHRISTMAS, BUT THEY'RE STILL TOTALLY WORTH THE FUN AND LAUGHS! :D
