Very satisfied with JibJab; cause it is fun making the videos and they are always so cute and funny.
I just wish there were more new ones to pick from.

Snowball fight card was absolutely perfect ~~we've lost two very dear family members and then there is my two daughters and myself. The snowball fight was two against three. We all laughed so hard because it was a perfect fit: Our two angels against us three so thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making us able to laugh this holiday season

I would recommend JibJab to others. Lots of fun for everyone - senders and viewers.

Enjoyable to the makers, funny to the audience. Wish I could share it in medians beyond Facebook and email. E.g. What's app.

It was easy to create and fun to watch. But had lots of difficulty sending it and people being able to open it to watch

I sent out the Tree killing card and my friends were laughing all the way to the bathroom.

So much fun, a little off beat silly but humorous, loved the guitar parts most.

Could not get into sight to pick the pictures. I have tried this twice before. Please delete my account.

I have tried so many times, my account continually asks me to Upgrade, even tho I have already paid for an account. I have tried everything that the emails you have sent me have told me to do. Please refund my money!

While ultimately making the video can be done, my account and getting that straightened out is another thing. I leave the account alone till I have a need for a card. Frustrating. The account its set up thru my business email and not my personal account, Im told it is the only way the account can be set up, so disappointing.

This was easy to use and my kids loved the cards with themselves in them

My videos provided much needed entertainment at our family Christmas dinner! Great entertainment for everyone, from the tiny tots to the great-grand parents!

One of the best apps I have ever used! Sled Race for Christmas was a HUGE hit with my family, we decided that would be our 2016 holiday card! I hope they will do one for 6 people! Such fun!

Quite simple to create a video and everyone really loves it.

Put them on facebook and the whole family had a good chuckle even interstate relatives that we don"t see very often.

I usually make 2-3 jibjabs each month and I find the personalised videos to be really funny. I would like it more if they released new videos monthly, as I feel I have used most of them already.

I had been charged $18.00 for a membership which I did not request. I initially called my bank and the bank manager told me to check with JibJab.com which I did.

Today, I received a note stating that my problem had been resolved and that I would be receiving a refund of $18.00 into the account from which the money had been taken. I am very satisfied with this review and response.

Could not seem to be able to go back and redo the head pictures.
