JibJab made my holiday greeting card experience so enjoyable! The videos are easy to create! They look and sound great! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed them!

Quick sign up process and easy video creation tool made this a quick festive treat for my Facebook wall. It was first time I had used anything like this, so JibJab have made it just right. Can't wait to use kit again!

I joined Jib Jab in 2015 and received what I thought was a renewal and it was another membership so I am paying twice? Other payment maybe against my email *******@zeelandia.co.uk which is the one I prefer and the second charge against *******@gmail.com.

In cancel in 2/3 weeks to try it out. Once I submitted to cancel your $#*!ing company charged me! If I had it a month I would understand. I will blast you guys on Facebook

Incredibly easy to use almost too easy, puts a whole new spin on sending cards to people I'm through with writing cards this is the way to do it.

Used Jib Jab a few time, easy to use lots of Choices/ theams to use, would like a few videos more, maybe thankyous and just Hello ones suitable for friends and family, but still very happy with it

Fun. Good songs. Good characters. Love doing videos. Only thing negative is lining up the mouths to work right.

Most greeting card are boring to me. Jib jab has made them a whole lot more!

I didn't realize that I had signed up for a recurring subscription with JibJab. I emailed immediately when I realized that I'd been charged a fee via PayPal. My request was answered and resolved within 24hrs. The staff was very polite and friendly and invited me to use the site as a Guest. Great customer service!

JibJab has a lot of cute Christmas videos and dances. I would like to see more of those for other holidays and birthdays that I can send to my grandchildren. Not all are appropriate for small children. The yearly rate is cheaper than greeting cards in the stores.

I purchased a membership and still was charged $1.99 for the two videos I produced. The site was difficult (for me) to navigate.

This site and customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend JibJab!

Family and friends loved the funny unconventional Greetings. It was easy to do and the children in the video loved being on "show".
