While I thought the initial purchase of the package was reasonably priced. Then I found that I still had to pay for each use. The idea and the delivery are good; but the pricing is extortionate.

Things NOT so risqué and music that can be shared. I like the concept be some I could not post. More options. It was easy to use the site.

Can't fault it. Great service, fast, efficient and friendly.

Love the product... and when I requested assistance regarding my payment methods they were quick and accommodating.

When I signed up a year ago I didn't realize it was an automatic renewal. I was not expecting the renewal to happen so when it did I emailed customer service. I was shocked and thoroughly pleased at the immediate response from the customer service team. And my refund was immediately in my bank account!

Great customer service and so many great cards/videos for all occasions.

Told it was an email address issue. Gave permission to change my email address to the current one and still no response. I have missed two birthdays now.

The Jib Jab app makes it even easier and more fun to send Jib Jabs! My friends and family love them.

It's real amazing! I am french and I am very satisfied, I laugh with my friends a lot!

My 7 year old grandson had so much fun putting together our Christmas greeting to email all our family & friends who loved it.

To see the video you must pay a subscription fee. To use the video you must pay another fee. Instead of posting the costs upfront, the fees and payments are revealed one level at a time. You may consider this clever marketing, but it honestly feels more like a scam.

Cancel my account. It was subscribed to under false pretenses.

We found the jibjabs easy to use and understand how to set them up, but it was a bit difficult refinding a card once you had made it, and an address book would be handy.
Some of the tunes would have been great, but not sung by pinky and perky... some "straighter" ones... carol singers perhaps would be good... but on the whole... very enjoyable.

The site is easy to use. The animations are hilarious, and the customer service is great.

Jib Jab has really been a fun way to share greetings with friends and family! I love seeing the end result!
