I thought I was joining JibJab for $3.00 for a one-month membership, but you billed my $18. In reading the fine print, I see you charge for a year, not a month. Deceptive marketing. Bad practice. You lost me as a member.
I'd signed up years ago for jibjab and loved it, but I had to downsize my spending eventually so I can led my jibjab account... or at least I thought I did. Needless to say, when rent came up due this year I had just enough for that and the few christmas presents I'd bought. When I went to balance my checkbook I was $20 short... someone had not, in fact, canceled their jibjab account and had no idea a payment for nearly $20 was due! I emailed jibjab support to see if I could get a reversal and pay later, to cancel my account, anything so I wouldn't overdraft or miss rent! The service member that got back to me handled everything, kept me in the loop, and got a full reversal for me.
I was billed for a yearly subscription renewal that I was not aware of. I requested a refund via email and received an immediate reply from customer support that I would be contacted within 2 days. I received a response and a full refund in less than 24 hrs. Excellent service!
Asked for a refund on an annual renewal that I wasn't aware would take place and received a feedback email within minutes and a refundin 2 days!
This is a good site to use. The site has given me enjoyment personalising ecards to send to the grandchildren. It has very good customer service and I enjoy using the site.

Neither recipient received their greeting card! You have to forward it to your own email and then send! Not impressed.

Had trouble emailing it out the first time, but later it worked ok. It was a very fun family video to send to friends and family.
I was a little surprised that, after like 1/2 hour setting up a video, i was forced to join the membership for $18 bucks in order to get it. Although i thought it was gonna be $1.99. For $1.99, i said ok. BUT it was $18.00
Furthermore, the site is really unfriendly. I should say a pain in the arse.

I have used Jib Jab many times over the years, and had the premium version for the last five. Lately after retiring I found out I just couldnt find the time to use it as much. I input a refund for my last auto subscription, and heard back almost within a minute ot two, and the money was returned to my account in less then 2 days. Other internet companies should use Jib Jab as a training tool. Most application service is awful. JIB JABS is SUPERIOR If there was a 10 star rating I would give them that Kudos

I tried several time to make the xmas videos where you put in your faces. I tried 4 styles and each time I got my phases ready then hit "get started". Without exception I got sent back to the home page and could not make my videos. So nobody got videos for Christmas. It was time consuming and it sucked
I haven't had time to use JibJab so I requested my auto-pay annual subscription be cancelled as I hadn't used the service. It was done immediately and the customer sevice rep was efficient and friendly. I love the fun jib jabs and I won't hesitate to support such a great company in the future if I can.

What a fantastic, funny and easy to use system. I have been laffing my socks off creating the cards.
I want to cancel this, I think my grandson got a hold oy phone. I am not happy. I will never use this in the future. Do not take any more money from my PayPal account.
