Recipient loved my card and said that it made her day. Site was easy to use but wish could edit a little more around the photos to make them fit a little better.

My husband and I had a great time putting together a lighthearted tidbit for our kids and grandson to enjoy for many years to come! We'll probably do it again.

I started using JibJab as a way to send a friend a fun birthday card but then kept playing with it and sent other friends and family really cool and funny videos! It made it even easier when I discovered the app for my smart phone! Easy to use and lots of fun!

I was charged an annual renewal that I did not realize I signed up for. They refunded my money without issue.

I didn't know they had an automatic renewal payment that comes out of your account but they gave me a refund very quickly thank you jibjab

Excellent. Easy to use, multiple choices., easy to choose your photos.

I had a lot of fun with Jib Jab with cars and things to family and friends but am getting to old, at times it gets a beyond me but I will still play around would recommend it to everyone who enjoys giving friends a surprise

Not too difficult to join but as the charge was in USD it was not known until after the charge reach my credit card what I was actually paying. Instructions to create email greetings were not obvious until you actually do a few so be prepared to spend some time getting used to the process when you start.

Jib Jab was great when I used it but I decided to take a break from it. Unfortunately, because of an automatic renewal, I was charged the annual fee. I emailed them asking for a refund and Stephanie took care of it very promptly. Thank you for making the process so easy and Happy New Year!

I thought the experience of using jib jab would be easy and it proved to be more difficult than I had hoped, I'm not an unintelligent person and found it the experience unsatisfactory

I requested a refund of the annual fee because I had misunderstood the billing system. My request was approved within a couple of hours. Everything was handled very professionally.
