I played with all your Jib Jab videos for at least 2 hours! Made some Christmas Cards for everyone in my family! Loved it!

Difficult and very time-consulting to do. Not worth the money to sign up for this account. I will not do this again and would like to cancel.

Loved it and so did my family it was great fun putting it together. Had many laughs! Send it out as a Christmas card to my friends and family.

I want to delete the 'first face' but can't.

I hardly could make a video that posted in fb, now I want to access to the photos that I have in my computer and cannot do it, the ones I took with my cel or where sent to me for the video and there is not a possibility, that was the reason that I bought it! Besides it is super slow, that is not fare, I want my money back, I would never recommend JibJab.

Intended to subscribe for a month... ended up with a year subscription... was this my mistake or poor site design?

Shared but no one could see it. Big waste of money. After making the video I was expected to pay extra to download it to my pc - big rip-off. At this point wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is quite entertaining to put the cards together. People seem to enjoy them. Need more pictures of self if I'm to "star"!

Had a double billing problem caused by different email addresses. Jib Jab solved the problem and credited my account, Excellent service!

I've used JibJab a few times in the past and had my friends and family amused by their cards. Then I stopped using it and forgot to cancel my auto-renew account and was delighted by the quick response by the support team that refunded the charge and even updated the account so I wouldn't have to worry about it in the future. I totally recommend JibJab!

It was a fun experience that made me happy. My family and friends enjoyed it as well. I will probably do some more on other holidays or events. It is also very affordable which is important to me since I am retired and living on a set income. I hope you get a larger variety of animal ones so that I can put our furbabies in it. Thank You for the wonderful experience!

JibJab is a great company (and site) to work with. I did decide to cancel my annual subscription as I just don't have time anymore to have fun making videos. My inquiry was addressed and completed quickly, and with courtesy. I am very happy with the service I received.

It is wonderful to know that we can send cards to family and friends that we are sure that they will enjoy:)
We don't even mind being upstaged by our dogs!

Really easy to use and fun. Apparently JibJab as is, is passe. Very little reaction or response from those it was sent to. When I paid for an annual membership, I thought I would be able to send other e-cards, not just JibJab videos.

God fun with minimal effort, though i would like to change the number of characters after the first time this doesn't appear to be an option.
