I was disappointed to find that after an $18 annual fee (which I got at a discount) I also had to pay additionally to download the videos. The videos are fun, but not worth it. I will not be continuing my membership.

Great way to send cards to anyone! Easy too! Everyone loves getting funny cards!

I used JibJab to send my friend, who lives in Spain, a Christmas ecard. It was really easy and my friend loved it.

Difficult to use missed out on sending a Christmas msg

Laugh out loud but only for a few views and then it becomes rather samey the more you use it.

I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription for next year's Christmas but it was a laugh this year. Was it worth it? Not sure. Was it clever? Yes. Did I laugh? Yes. Maybe at a fiver (£) a year I would keep it going.

I cancelled my membership, no refund requested but wanted to do one video, but after having to pay for a yearly membership, then was going to have to pay for the video as well, I played around a little on the site then cancelled my membership.

I made a jibjab then couldn't get it to post to my facebook. That was the only reason I even got jibjab to begin with. It is a complete waste of money.

We did the videos at Christmas and loved them! Especially my little 2 and a half great granddaughter.

Uploading facial pics was easy. The different videos were creative and fun. Despite several attempts to email those videos, none of my family members ever saw them. Whether I sent to their Apple or PC machines. Even sending the video to my own mailbox and then forwarding did not work. I doubt that I will continue my membership.

This was a novel and entertaining way to send our annual Christmas greeting. We received lots of positive feedback

I've been playing with Jib Jab since it first came out more than 10 years ago but this new app is really neat sine you can customize the cards now with photos

Jib Jab is great for sending messages in a lighter vein. It never fails to make me laugh when the message is done. It is easy to use and fun to send. Everyone loves receiving a JibJab card.

Had fun, hope to do more! WOW, 100 characters? That is a big requirement just to describe a short experience. Let me see if I qualify now?!

The cards are great, funny and easy enough to use. A bit disappointed to have to subscribe for a full year to use it, would be a nicer experience to be able to do a one off payment as I likely won't use it again until next Christmas and having to pay the subscription again puts me off. But overall the cards are great and I enjoyed using jibjab.

Was a bit disappointed that I couldn't see the finished product BEFORE the purchase. Otherwise, it's okay. Price is a little high for a online service that can be replicated elsewhere.

I'm not too computer savoy but the directions are easy... I'm having a ball so beware if I get your face you'll be JibJabbed by me!... Love it, Love it, Love it!

We enjoyed the site a lot. So did our relatives that we sent the card to!
It was easy to do, and a lot of fun to do some of the characters. The only thing that I did not like all that much was the mouth thing. You have to be precise with it or it kind of ruins the picture. But other than that it was a great laugh for us all.

I am not very happy with the e-cards I would be a lot happier if there were more nice cards, pretty cards and more with just womens faces. Also it took 2 days before my first e-cards arrived

Easy to use. Fun choices. Kids love it. Enjoying the variety of music videos and dance options. Made several holiday cards to send to family.
