Never used. Don't have photos or time to use. Looks like a fun site if you have the photos of family or friends.

I sent my nephew a Happy Birthday card- JibJab made me renew my membership for $18 then wouldn't let me finish the card- it sent with no Happy Birthday message from me- I feel ripped off- how do I get my money back?

Easy, funny, always a hit. Cheaper than sending cards. More entertaining and faster, too. Really happy with the selection of cards.

This is such a fun place to make cards,... I had a few problems with my account but Morgan was so helpful (and patient) to me. He got all my goofy problems straightened out quickly!

I tried to send a New Year's card. It didn't work. Then tried to contact Jib Jab. That didn't work. So wrote to cancel membership

Need more options to personalized. Should be able to go back thru the browser. Many times i had to start from the beginning.

I have had a lot of fun doing Christmas and New Year Heads Bouncing around and sharing them with family and friends. Everyone that has seen the short little videos has got a good laugh out of them. Thanks for the good pricing Jib Jab.

I've been with you with a serious number of years now; very satisfied with what I see when I need something toi celebrate a birthday or other circomstances... keep up the good work!

I was over charged initially - but the issue was dealt with quickly. 5 stars.

I was planning to send out a New Years card but found the options limited. I wanted only two people (faces) but found limited options, 4 or 1.3 stars.

We make a lot of videos with my childrens and sent videos to my friends with they face.

Mouth didn't work well...?...?...?...?...?.?...?...?...?...

A great buy for the money. Great fun. Composed and sent 5 JibJabs to abunch of people in the first day. Can be very addictive. My only suggestion would be to provide a greater selection of the number of heads and JibJabs.

Really sluggish and didn't work well on safari. It is not worth paying for and there are better free options than the free/paid programs.

Highly recommend people look elsewhere, it is a rubbish service and getting a refund was a complete hassle and the site really does well in hiding the refund process form

My family loves receiving these cards. They are more personal and exciting than a traditional card (easier and faster to send, too).

Being able to reach out around the globe in such a fun way is pure delight! It's so easy.

Highly recommended for people with a sense of humor.

Easy to use. I would like to see a greater variety in music and video, but otherwise Jib Jab always gets lots of laughs.

I love this site. My friends who received cards were all delighted. These are so funny and surprising when friends receive and realize they are in the action.
