I love Jib Jab and have been a subscriber for several years. I have sent many cards but I am finding I am running out of new material.
Would love to see more new content. Also since I use this for all my ecards a few more traditional but unique cards would be nice too for occasions or people they would be appropriate for.
I was thinking of subscribing elsewhere but found the rest to be predictable. Do what you do best but more and diversify a bit.
Than I will be a happy JibJabber!
I created a New Year's Eve card/video to send to friends. Your system states it was sent however, none of my friends received the card notification email. Very disappointed. Not what I was expecting.
This is a great site and app, and am happy with the purchase. My only complaint is that not all the photos will match up with the heads. For instance if there is a quick turn of head the picture doesn't always keep up. ESPECIALLY if it requires a hat. Please fix and it would be perfect.
More often than not you are going to have some kind of problem. E-cards don't arrive. If they do, there's only a jpeg, not a video. The mobile site works better than the PC site. The web version wants to charge subscribers $2 to download the video they made. Heads or videos made on the mobile version often don't show up on the web version. The web version is totally garbled. You can't see all the options on the mobile version. If you search for something on the mobile app that you saw on the web, it's not there. The mobile version is more limited than the web version, but the web version is garbled. When it works it is REALLY fun! BUT, many hitches bring grief. I am considering asking for a refund unless it gets better real fast!
Every year at Christmas I send a Christmas Jib Jab to my family overseas, and it always brings a smile to their face.
I used the badge photos of my coworkers and shared the link under the guise that it was a training video and that they needed to study their part for an upcoming presentation. People were rolling on the floor it was so hilarious.
The same night I joined in error I asked you to cancel my account but, just checked my bank account & $18 was deducted. I've notified PayPal & my bank that I had asked to cancel but, was not done. I thought you were just asking me to pay for the jibjab I was trying to get for like $1.50 but, when payment went in it was $18 is why I cancelled the jibjab & account. I'd appreciate a refund.
I did not find the product easy to use. It was very slow to pull anything up, the video offered on Facebook could not be found once purchasing the app. I spent 40 minutes putting together a video and the people I texted it to couldn't open it and I tried to post it on Facebook but it would not post I guess because I would not agree for the app to contact my friends contacts list as it requested. Newsflash - if I pay $ for your app you are not entitled to demand my contacts! I hate this App! I want a refund but I'm betting that will take more work than the 40 min it too to try to make a video!
Not worth it! I wanted to send bday cards and the site was always down totally awful considering I just purchased this again in a do call offer... thinking not to renovate again... ever
I just wanted to post a funny video to Facebook, and send it to my non-Facebook friends. Jib jab allowed me to begin to make the video then asked me to sign up to finish. I did so, believing that I would pay $1.50 per month. I was surprised after the fact to find that I was paying the full yearly amount at once. Not a huge amount of cash, but significant to my limited budget. Then I tried without success to post my video. Tried to send it by email too. No dice. Registered my displeasure and was assured a refund was in the works. No help to get my project off the ground. Then I received an email copy of my video that I was able to post and send. My friends and family loved it and so did I. So what gives, jib Jab? Am I a member of your little group or not?
I love Jib Jab! The first JibJab I created and sent was I Feel Good for a birthday wish! I listen and watch the video myself, many times a day, and I FEEL GOOD! It is so awesome! It makes me laugh, and dance, and sing, and I've made it my theme song for 2017!
It takes some patience to find a photograph with heads that will suit the JibJab characters... especially if you're picky, like me.
It was easy to navigate the ordering and customizing process. There are enough videos available to choose from so you can select one for your personality.
I wanted to give a special card fo my sons that you don't see every day. My computer savvy was tested but I got the job done. Its all in knowing how.
My friends loved my JibJab card. Just not sure how often I'd use it, so I'm unsure about subscribing.
It was very easy to make a JibJab to send to my friends, and it was SO
Much fun! Taking my family's pictures and making a video of them wasn't
Hard to do at all, and the result was so funny! Our friends and relatives
Gave us so many wonderful comments and really seemed to enjoy our
JibJab video.
I was automatically charged for annual renewal, which surprised me, because I had not intentionally enabled that feature. I wrote to JibJab asking to be credited, and they immediately and happily responded to doing what I asked. That makes me feel good about JibJab!
Original, funny, versatile. Love the creativity! Sometimes there are software issues when going from step one to step two with the head characters. The page reverts back to the main page instead of going on to step two when you hit the "Done " button trying to go on to step two. Other than that I love it and want to see more cards in all areas. Neat site!
I love this site! The only thing I didn't like was that you paid for a year subscription up front. Monthly subscription would be good.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
