Everye year we Jib Jab to our family and friends during the holidays, its mighty fun.
Wish there were more videoes where you can choose the amount of casts.
Did two videos and they didn't work. I was making the videos for two kids to watch and they were very disappointed.
There are some very cute videos to edit. Wish there were even more to choose from with "Starring you". My favorite is "starting to look like Christmas".
One problem is the delivery of the e-mails; I noticed that most ended up in the spam boxes and were never opened.
Doesnt work to present /send it. The program is looping all time and getting back into fault secure mode.

I tried to load a video and it only excepted one face. I tried several times and decided I wasn't interested and wanted to cancel my subscription.
It was horrible trying to navigate to the correct area to cancel. I finally canceled the reoccurring billing and have not as of yet been able to completely cancel the subscription. I sent and email and have not received a response.
Couldn't see my son for his birthday and didn't have an address to send a card. So sending a jib jab card was perfect and he loved it.
It`s a very funny! I like it, I think, that it`s a wonderful way to make a good mood for all my friends and my family. I want to bye subscription for the one month, but it took money for the one year. For the first time I planned to cancel my subscription, but then I didn`t it. And I have no regrets! It`s so funny!

I signed up through Facebook at Halloween with a the gimmick of designing a Halloween song that u could crop ur friends faces onto it and it didn't work but still took my money :(
I liked the concept of this site however I find it a little too expensive for my needs and because I may only use it occasionally I will probably be cancelling my membership in due course.
The fact that we need to pay to download the video despite being a premium member leaves a distasteful experience. Also, this is mentioned in one of the FAQs, in a distant corner of the website. It should be mentioned clearly on the checkout/ payment page.
