Constant scripting errors, no matter what browser Edge, or GC. Had to constantly reload the page or log out and in again for pages to load properly to finish creating the jibjab or for the page to operate correctly.

Not every recipient did receive the JibJab-Mail, all these, which did not receive a mail, are in Germany, but some in Germany did receive it, it couldn't see why?

JibJab Christmas and winter videos I made were a big family hit. My granddaughter wanted me to make more, she enjoyed them so much. The videos really make you smile. They are very comical. I can't wait to make birthday videos during 2017. Thanks for making the faces and videos so easy to use.

I am using it for just about ten days. At first it was not easy to handle all the tseps. My friends enjoyed it a lot! I like it.
There are some problems when using JibJab on an iPad. When you use the app then it's ok but when you use Safari it does not work as you expected.
I am very disappointed because 2 videos I personalized, "50 cent In da club" and "you know about that base" we're not aloud in YouTube and Facebook due to ownership rights! Why you have them in your site and why you charged me if I cannot use them and even if I use them I could be in trouble? This is unacceptable!
I didn't agree to the sign up and thought I was just sending one Eva Rd for minimal payment.
The site is very misleading and gets you into an unagreed sign up then doesn't respond to emails refuting the sign up and payment made. Currently in a disputed payment via PayPal
I was confused about payment, there was written, that one month is on discount for 1,50 dollar. After payment I got membership for 18 dollars for one year. After personalizing my video, there is another payment about 2 dollars for option to download to my computer.
Never again!
Had lots of fun setting my New Year card up, although finding suitable 'heads' was a bit of a challenge. Will definitely use JibJab again for other special occasions.
I quite like JibJab. I've been a member for over a year now. On the whole I like JibJab, but there are areas which could be improved. I list some of them below:
1). I had no idea that my membership had recently expired. No reminder or invitation to re-new my membership was sent to me.
2) Sending cards from my iPad is often not very user friendly. I have difficulty tagging people and the App often doesn't work properly.
3) Why not aim some of the cards at your British customers? I'm sure you'd get more customers here in the U. K. if some of your cards had a British focus, with U. K. accents. The English, Irish, Scottish & Welsh accents are very distinctive & would probably appeal to American customers too. Sometimes JibJab is a little bit too American and is inappropriate here in the U. K.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
