The photos didn't integrate into the clip.so I ended up with a pretty pointless song from 2 random faces for my wife's birthday.

Gave one to my mom for her birthday and she laughed and thought it was great, also forward it to her relatives who also thought it was awesome

Great app. Fun to use, a lot of laughs! Never had any issues using it, easy to use and always worked. When I needed to get a hold of JibJab staff, they were very helpful and quick with their responses.

Enjoyed the animated theme just not using it often as I liked to. Emailed my concerns and it was taken care of in an excellent professional way.

Your website was easy to work with and the results were great. It was hilarious and got great feedback.

I had so much fun with my grandson creating videos with him... only thing is I thought I was paying for one month, but was charged for a year... I'll be jb jabbing all year... loads of laughs..

I really enjoy, sending jib jab to my friends and family, for different occasions, and we all laugh a lot.

I joined because I spend a lot of money each year on bday cards. Now with one click it's done!
But if I want to change a feature in a face in my list. I have to start all over? Is there no where to edit existing?

That feature was one thing that distinguished jib jab. Without it, there are better ecard sites.

We received one from a friend and we had to join. I haven't toured the site yet but I will do that this week.

I briefly clicked on a jibjab card to review what it might look like. I didn't use it but found a charge on my credit card for the subscription. I emailed them and within one day got a reply and a credit. Easy to deal with. Very satisfied with the customer service.

The birthday card was easy and fun for me to make and fun for the person who received it! I'll definitely send more for upcoming events.

It took forever to change my settings to view in Chrome. Who uses Flash anymore? I wanted to do a video with 4 people, but the one I liked had 5. Needs more options for different number of people

Pretty easy to use, good selection of cards, shame the pricing model is so restrictive, would be great if you could pay for individual cards outside of the app.

The site hasok options for video clips BUT it would be better to be able to delete the preset "greeting" (ie happy birthday/happy valentine's day) and replace it directly on the video with you own greeting

You must pay for all! Even if you got one year for $18, you must pay for EACH movie to save it! So, why do we need to pay $18 for year?
