I stupidly did not read Jibjab did auto renewal.So was unpleasantly surprised when I saw a charge. As I say, it was all my fault. And being in Australia, I felt sort of helpless and frustrated! It has been three years since I last used Jib Jab, it was a lot more fun, and I think easier to post and send. Not sure I would want to stay at Jib Jab. I feel like I just wasted my money. Where did all the year end shows go? You stopped doing that in 2014, and there isn't anything really new.
Issues were quickly resolved without any hassle. Makes a refreshing change and would use again. Recommended. Thank you

Excellent customer service; timely resolution for a double billing issue which really was my problem. Taylar at JibJab was wonderful in ensuring the problem was rectified. We love using the ecards featuring our staff at holiday times of the year; keep up the great work:-).

Have been a member for several years until I accidentally cancelled automatic renewal but quickly joined again. My friends love receiving jib jabs and I enjoy selecting them. They make people laugh and brighten up a dull day. Would recommend.
LOVE making these cards. Wish you all offered more to chose from in a shorter waiting period. After awhile, selection gets "monotonous" and it is difficult to send cards to loved one's without repeating. Jib Jab crew needs to have 3-5 new creations every month. Some of these are a couple of years old!

I created my jib jab account a few years ago and truly love making them. Working on a remote team, it's nice to make silly videos to send to the team for birthdays when we can't actually celebrate. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my subscription as it is part of my resolution this year to remove automated subscriptions. JibJab took no offense to this and were super understanding and extremely willing to reimburse me. When I couldn't remember the email I had originally signed up with they didn't stop asking, which I could definitely see as the case for a site that thinks, "well she isn't persisting so lets keep charging her." Instead they made it clear that they wanted to make sure this issue was resolved and remained patient till I realized I had signed up with a really old email. I still love JibJab and if I create an e-card in the future I will of course come here to do so. Sometimes a membership you are canceling doesn't mean you don't like it, you just need to save a few pennies here and there and it is refreshing to know that without question jib jab is okay with that.
The quality of the image is poor compared to the price of the service and there is not much variaadade in the catalog. I want my refund!

Great site... Although a lot of the selections are really old and boring now and could be updated... also some suitable up to date ones for children.
Renewed my account for another and found it easy to do.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
