Very easy to use and super fun e-cards, the only negative point was to have to pay an additional 1,99$ for downloading the video even after having paid the early subscription...
I think the option should be offered to pay for one card at the time or unlimited downloads with the yearly subscription.
I enjoyed looking at the variety of cards. I chose one for my 12 year old granddaughter's birthday and she actually loved it!

I had an issue with my account and the staff worked diligently to resolve it. I contacted them yesterday and they began the process for fixing the error this morning. It was handled quickly.

We joined jib jab so that we could send our 4 year old grandson a get well jib jab from us, preferably with our pictures. However, there was nothing appropriate for that at all. In fact, some of the samples were disturbing. But I guess I am stuck with it for a year.
I keep watching them over and over again... and I'm the sender not the receiver... it was fun choosing the best photo face to go with the animation.
Although the videos are fun, the selection does seem to be rather limited.
Biggest concern was the billing. The advertisement stated it would be $1.50 per month, what it did not clearly state was that I would be billed for a year up front. I do not like this kind of deviousness.
I was happy with the actual video itself, but when I read that the pricing was $1.50/month, billed in advance, it didn't seem as though the entire $18 was going to be charged to me at once. I found that misleading and would not have signed up had I known that.
Intended recipient did not receive the jibjab greeting despite multiple attempts to send via Facebook, text (sms and mms) and email.
We sent this fun dance card for a friend's birthday - she played it for the family and they loved it!
I had a billing issue that I requested to be reviewed and the support team at JibJib checked my question and made the change immediately and in less than a day.

Took over 48 hours to get my download; and the phone app could use a little polishing. Support on weekends would be nice.
When I was auto renewed for Jib Jab (Thanks! Grand Kids!), I followed the easy prompts under 'Contact'. I wrote a quick email to request to stop the auto billing. I received a response from a REAL person shorty after and I was refunded within hour of my request! What great QUICK & polite service!

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
