Have been working with customer support since Saturday, no hel, no resolution. Keep getting error saying email not associated with JibJab account. Clearly it is as I have been receiving email from you since I signed up. Including congratulations on my new account. Couldn't be more frustrating? About to contact PayPal and cancel charge if not resolved soon.

Having many laughs with jib jab. The videos are our favorites. My grandkids had a fun time designing theirs with family members as the stars. Thanks for a fun activity.

Cute and easily put together. Well worth the annual fee and with birthday notifications, should not ever miss one.

The birthday E card (Super Hero Birthday)was a hit! My grandson loved being the star of the show! And It was so easy to do!

We used Jib Jab and it was fun. Over time I did not have time for it. We got an auto renewal charge for $18. I asked to get it cancelled and my charges credited back to my card. It was done within hours. Very pleased with these people. I highly recommend Jib Jab if you are into that stuff.

I was able to get my billing issue resolved in just one day. I was thrilled! JibJab is the best of the best.

I was going to make a New Year video but it didn't read 2017. Instead it read 2016. I don't understand why Jib Jab hasn't updated it. I haven't used it since.

I was on autorenewal without knowing (2 years in a row!) and after a simple email, CS refunded me my money (based on their terms, terms vary) and gave great, fast customer service!

I paid $18 and the application in my iPhone did not let me do group jibjab and other very limited... so disappointed

What I love most about JibJab is how you can take something so simple like a still photograph of someone, manipulate the little lines around the mouth (for the illusion of talking/singing) and have the final video really seem to make the individuals become incredibly animated -- I never get tired of looking at them. Well done Jib & Jab!

I love humor! Especially bizarre types. I don't seem to find the time or energy to sit down with pen and some kind of paper and jot off an appropriate message. We'll see how you stand with me next year!

I sent some video cards to friends and was able to impose our faces on the different characters. They loved it! Having so much fun!

I wasn't aware of the auto renewal for the jibjab membership. I sent an email and they reversed the charge quickly and without hassle. Overall great experience.

I think jib jab is where you can have fun putting friends and family performing dances to songs we know. I would just like to see more of a variety of songs and characters. I enjoy putting my grandkids and my daughters in them. I laugh all the time watching with them.

The site is excellent and offers a lot that my household loves in online cards. We love creating funny cards, and most others have only limited options for that. The closest is Blue Mountain's "Talking Cards" for which you get to set the text.
