I am not technically gifted and it took a while for me to send my first card. I am still learning...

I thought I was paying $18 for 1 yrs subscription and i/ts cost me nearly $25 for each video made one was shared on facebook and one emailed direct to person made the for.

It was fun doing up pics of my friends and animals in the dances. The mouths were a bit tricky but finally started getting the hang of it all.
Made every one laugh, so that was the goal... Smiles and laughter!

Really cool. Am going to have to get REALLY creative on who I can or will include! I have a few people in mind... especially some relatives. Heh, heh.

Others I've tried, no one's face looks right. Either there's a gap or the angle is off. This one is easily customizable to fit the face. You can adjust size and angle of the face and the frames and can also adjust the mouth part in a lot of different ways so that everything works together perfectly to hilarious effect :)

I had an account I had not used in a while and I had misplaced all my account information. I emailed the help desk and my account was identified and the issue cleared up in a day! Jib Jab was very responsive!

I have enjoyed jib jab for several years and had lots of fun sending cards to family and friends. Recently I had a customer service issue and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Thank you jib jab.

We didn't realize we were paying for a year at once, only really wanted short term access. The refund request was easy and Jib Jab was incredibly fast receiving and processing our request. Thanks!

Couldn't be more impressed with speedy and courteous, no fuss response to my request for a refund after not remembering that my son had signed up for jibjab last year and so didn't know it would be an ongoing renewal and they just refunded the membership fee with no hassle whatsoever! Makes me want to support their company and I'm sure we will again.

Love personalizing my cards. Family and friends get such a kick out of this. But its the young kids that really love getting a card with their body in motion.

First time I used service it was unsuccessful. There is no mechanism in place to notify you of such a failure.

It was a fun experience, easy to navigate and use. You have new content occasionally which I love. Keep up the good work.

They are wonderful to work with. They are very professional and everything was done in a very timely manner. I would certainly reccommend them.

I've tried this app on several occasions and can't get a menu of current videos, can't get them to load photos right and can't get a preview of what the finished video looks like before sending on my android phone. So I'm deleting this app from my phone and ipad. Use at your own risk.

Yes, I'd spend $18 a year for this service, bit not 2-3 dollars to download the video I just made. They don't tell you about the download fee in advance.

I havent come across a single person who has not thought this was hilarious, and got a good laugh out of it

I purchased a video and I think it was made in the 90's. It's pretty crazy that you don't have higher resolution options. This needs to be fixed. Thanks team.

I have been using this site for about 6 years now.
When I activated for this year, the site no longer works from my computer and I had to install the app in order to be able to use my account.
I am not currently a satisfied customer
