The kids love making and viewing the videos! They get such a kick out of seeing their face and watching themselves sing and dance! Worth every penny for a year-long subscription.

Called in to discuss an issue we had with billing and it was resolved within 48 hours with a full refund.

The Jibjab customer service department absolutely made my day by their hands-on, attentive, timely, and responsive approach to solving my problem. So often I feel like I am entering a black-hole of non-caring computers when I call a customer service department --- NOT SO with Jibjab! I knew that a caring attentive person was helping me.

I've been a JibJab member for a number of years & have hoped for a quicker pace of new "Starring You" e-cards. Now that the membership cost has risen 50%, perhaps we'll see newer cards faster.
I also wasn't pleased that there was no notice of the price rise -- my membership was suspended at the date of 'automatic' renewal & I wasn't aware until I tried to send a card.
With that said, I love the cards!

Not cool that you go through the whole process of designing your card, uploading photos, sizing, etc, to then get to the end and find that you will be charged if you want to send it. Not cool

Putting together the personalized card was very easy, and the result was hilarious. The recipient loved it, and that's what really counts.

Denise worked diligently to get a refund to me. Responding quickly and resolved the issue. I appreciate her diligence.

Was ok could of been less money and offer to send me e-mail notifications to let me know when available

I really enjoyed having JibJab for a few years. This year I had them reverse my auto pay renewal. It was hassle free to do so and they reversed it with in a few hours of my request. Great customer service.

An excellent site, occasionally let down by technical difficulties. A good variety of tracks available and the end result hysterical!

It was very fun and easy to use. Ensured our friend got his greeting on his birthday and everyone thought it was funny.

Trying to cancel my subscription but can't get any acknowledgement for customer service ort support!

I ask for a refund and I had a reply within 24 hrs. Within another 24 hrs. My refund was granted and on its way without delay. Contacts were very friendly and effective.

It is very fun, and your team is very profecional people.

Not a lot of choices for a subscription. But work s great. For a subscription they should be adding at least a card every 2 weeks or something.

Those great little videos look really great until you try to download a picture in them. Nothing works and some computer tech blames it on your browser. Slow service that doesn't really solve the problem. Thinking I will need to cancel

Love the app! I would highly recommend this to anyone. It's is user friendly and makes for a great laugh!

Easy and quick to use. Fun for both sender and recipient. Previously I had received cards from a friend - now I can send them too. I hope the choice keep expanding.
