My son thought the 'operatic birthday greeting' was hilarious. Overall the selection is OK but the cards are quite geared towards white folk. While I am one of those, my son is black so it was more difficult to find a card that reflected or portrayed someone of his colour. I went with the 'opera greeting' even though it is an old white guy singing because I knew that he would see the humour.

I used the "Happy" song but as I tried to add the photo, I had trouble scaling it and as I went to the final card, several times Pharrell Williams' picture would show up. When I tried to go back, I had to start from scratch.

My cousin sent me one on my 65 birthday, Mexican dance, Very apt as I am taking part in a reenactment of the. Alomo in July.
I then did one for my good friend who we are on holiday with in Tabago. Elvis fan. It went down a treat. Thank you.

It is SO easy to make a jib jab card. I had no idea until I tried. The procedure to get the heads in is actually very simmple

I just wish there were more options, especially for a video with a bunch of people in them. At least there are a few that you can put 5 in, though.

When we 1st joined jibjab you also had famous peoples head as well.
Bring back the jibjab heads as well

I know enough about computers to be dangerous, but i didn't have many issues downloading pictures and setting everything up. One issue is the playback is choppy if you don't let the video download over a few minutes first. The wifi is fast here, so the problem isn't that.

Sent three different great JibJab cards. Really easy and really enjoyed that. However, no response from anybody. "Larsen" e-cards has a way for the receiver to send a thank you right from receipt of the card so that the sender not only knows the receiver got it and when they got it (all you e-card folks do that), but also that they enjoyed it.

Can't edit your video and get swindled into spending $20 to send a card (because you can't be charged per card). Because the first card I made couldn't be edited and because the selection isn't that great, I feel the "subscription" is not worth it at all.

I was having some billing issues and the team helped me out very quickly and resolved my issue within 2 days!

I wish to cancel my subscription because I was not aware of the restrictions with using and saving the JibJabs. A fact you do not find out until after you have signed up and paid a subscription. I sent an email to you help address on the 27th December 2016, and never received a response.
