A little difficult getting my pictures. Once figured it out was OK. Great fun and laughs! Lots to choose from!

I scheduled a birthday greeting for a friend on Jan 30,2017 and she still hadn't received it by 9pm on the 30th. I sent it again from my Bcc and only then did she receive it. If this is the way you do business, I definitely won't keep my subscription.

I pulled up the website with my grandkids this Christmas and had tons of fun putting all of our faces in the family-friendly JibJabs. I wish there were more :) We laughed for hours and it was hard to put it down!

Fun cards, easy to use and send. Its asking me so make this 100 characters, so this part is just filler. Shame really, because I don't want to be typing any more.

The best online customer service I have ever received. A lot of companies could learn a great deal from this business. Never made to feel guilty about needing to cancel and it was very easy with no pressure. In the future I will not hesitate to come back if I decide to. Thank you JibJab!

Perfect as usually, very funny, just surprising is that JibJab is asking money again, few months after my last payment... why?

Only criticism: please give more specific instructions on where to set up the mouth markers. I had to do it a couple times before I got it right, which means I had to start from scratch each time. Please help out the first timers. But I still love it!

Keeps them entertained for hours! They enjoy putting faces onto the different characters then playing back the card and showing everyone.

Good experience. Cards were sent to 5 year old. Now many cards found for kids but made what you have work. Love seeing themselves dance

I was very happy with the clip that inspired me to join, thinking there would be more bits filled with fun... there were, but nearly all contain flatulence... I would just prefer to have a broader selection of clever funny clips to choose from that aren't gassy... I'll watch for a couple of weeks and if the line doesn't expand I can withdraw. The Tequila clip is awesome however...

Your friends and family get a good laugh out of seeing themselves doing a silly birthday dance, or being one of santa's elves, or just sending one for no reason at all except to make someone laugh. Lots of fun to post on Facebook too.

Have renewed for a third year, am quite satisfied. Wish we could have more choice in choosing how many faces are used in video cards. That's the only thing I would ask for.

I usually have a yearly membership. However it did not renew, which forced me to renew at a different rate. Very upsetting as I have been with them forever. I wrote to them. I received my refund and was able to renew with my old contract fee. I love Jib Jab and make my kids laugh everyday.

The quality of the movies is great and the site is mostly easy to navigate and use. However, one of the two movies I purchased as a download for $1.99 is still showing "rendering in progress" 48 hours later and the two free e-cards I sent were apparently never received.

You billed be 18 UDS insted of 1,5 USD which was written on your website! I just noticed it after logging to bank account. It is not fair!

I was a little disappointed at the choices that were there. Would have also like an availability to add more team members. Hoping you come up with new jib jabs - some that can be used in business enviorment.

One day I found one video card I liked through search through all 100 some. Then the next day could not find it again when I was ready to show it to my husband before sending.
Some was of sorting through and finding types of ecards more easily would be helpful.
Also separating those video cards that require a picture from those that don't would also be helpful
