Good for personal cards and events, but these are not really great for professional cards. I mostly wanted for get well, new babies and good job at work, couldn't find too many cards for people who may or may not have a sense of humor. I like them, but some might not.

Bad part is there is no way to upload to a friend on facebook. You must save to your name and then share
Most of the time it does share on the persons time line. Tough to start over.

I didn't remember authorizing an automatic payment, I sent am email and it was credited back the same day! BeSt Internet customer service experience I've ever had!

I had a question concerning getting a refund from jib jab. My response time was immediate with 100% positive results.

I actually love the many choices and background videos and cards you can make on JibJab. It is hilarious fun. I'm not super technically savvy and even I can manage to learn very quickly how to position picture heads to get max effect. (That's teaching an old dog a new trick).
The support team is awesome to help you if you need.

I really enjoyed making a Christmas jibjab video some years ago and sharing it with my family. Then, when I decided not to keep my account, they were very quick in giving me a refund.

Didn't expect to have to pay... it would have been nice to know this before I went to all the work to make the video.

I've been using JibJab to make personalized dancing and singing birthday cards for friends. Every one of them is a huge hit and so much fun to watch. I love the responses!

It has been a bunch of laughs etc. We only wish you had more templates and more variety. Other than that, we are having fun!

Not enough information about resending the same JibJab to other people.
High monthly cost will effect my continuing.
To bad that it won't link with my address book. Its a bit of a pain to look and mark down emails addresses before sending a JibJab.

As much fun to create as enjoyed by the people who received it! One card can be given to several different people and much better than a store-bought card.

I made my JibJab but it would not load to my facebook page. I tried several times. I'm truly disappointed in your service. How do I cancel my membership as you clearly don't work? If you can help I'd appreciate it.

Although the date was funny, the bits that I actually managed to watch of the card would not buffer / playback successfully even with megafast internet. I couldn't preview before sending and then asked for money to download. Very disappointed.

I scheduled a JibJab ecard to be delivered to my Granddaughter for her 15th birthday. It was never delivered.

I have tried several times to go in and create a video or at least watch the original one. It won't let me in. However, you were able to take my money from my bank account...

Worked well. It was a little hard to get the mouth fixed... wish it were just a line like for the eyes.

I sent a video to two of my sons and grandchildren which they enjoyed. They all laughed at seeing their 60+ parents dancing.

Good, easy to use, How about increasing the range, for example, Wedding Anniversarys and some for older folk. Great stuff, keep up the good work.

I had such fun watching and sending myJibJab videos to my family and friends. They gave me so many different dances, etc to choose from I could always find myself in one of them.
