My experience with Jib Jab was very fun for my wife to see on Valentine's day. However, I was charged $1.99 (which I thought was everything) and then $18.00 for I think a year's subscription. I am not sure it was necessary to pay the extra fee to have it delivered. So I'll be checking with JibJab in order to make sure this isn't one of those fees which automatically renews.

I signed up to make a video for my FB page. Even with paid subscription the ability to download costs extra, and I didn't want people to have to link off the site to see the video. Just having paid subscription for ecards doesn't seem worth it to me.

I wish I could line the mouth up better, but that's the only thing that is even a little bit frustrating. I'm very glad I did it A fun experience!

JibJab is definitely worth the money! So much fun to share with friends and family. Easy to use. Would give 5 stars but was hoping that faces through online site & mobile app would sync.

Customer service was very understanding, and solved my problem quickly.
I would recommend for people with many recipients.

Made a video for Valentine's Day and it went over great. My girlfriend loved it and we had a big laugh.

It was so much fun creating these videos for my kids, finding just the right heads, and learning how delighted they were to receive their surprise!

I loved my Valentine video. I didn't like the clunkiness of the site and the inability to see how much I was going to pay for the video. It could be since I was doing it from my phone that the site seemed difficult to use.

I expected more music video and dance video options. I also didn't expect to pay an additional cost to download the Jib Jabs.

Would like to more variety your music needs a few more couples and would love a couple of more romantic ones.

I gave you 4 stars bc there's always room for improvement. I'm almost satified. I want you to wow me!

I was familiar with JibJab because of the funny and on point political videos they used to do. Had not seen any of their material for a few years but found a link for creating a Valentines Day greeting. Checked it out and found it easy to do, including the uploading and adapting photos, and the output was rather funny. The cost to join is also pretty reasonable for a one year membership.

Fun to use but should cost less, maybe a small charge for each use instead of a yearly sign up. How about I enter as many characters as I please.

I have found using the site transferring photos to the heads very easy. Being able to save the faces helps save a lot of time. Not too many issues with my limited experience. Keep new and fresh videos would be my only request.

Love making jib jab ecards for my friends and family. Its a great lsugh evrrytime and the whole family can participate in msking the video. Fun for all!

My girlfriend loved it! The video was charming and novel. I'd like to see more songs added but I got to choose one I really liked.
