I sent two JibJabs to a lady-friend suffering the effects of chemo-therapy and radiation. They cheered her up to no end. More than a week later, and she tells me she views them two and three times a day. Now, I plan on sending at least one more each week.
Not enough videos to use the service for a full year. I was led to believe i was paying for 1 month but they charged me for 12 months. AND if you want to download the videos, they want MORE money.
I felt manipulated into an annual auto-renewing contract. Didn't much like that. After I created something I was able to view half and then told I needed to pay for a year to view the rest. Ugh. It used to be free.
I loved the videos I could make, but need to pay every single video when I can do the download.
If you could change anything, stop to pay each video to dwnload, please.
I think it is cumbersome to use and so is this survey. I Don't want the subscription. That is all. I shouldn't have to enter at least 100 characters to submit this
My wife love the JibJab e-greeting for Valentines Day. I had our faces added to the Sonny & Cher animation of them singing "I got You Babe". It was great fun.
I understand that everything in life isn't free and that if they do offer something free, they aren't going to make it super easy to find. I didn't like that it was extremely hard to find a jibjab card that you didn't have to pay for. When I finally decided to pay for one they charge you the whole year up front. I would have been more willing to pay the yearly fee had there been a free trial period first.
Was fun to do and send! My whole family got a laugh out of it and it made for a very special Valentine!
It was fun and very easy to do. When I put in facebook because my husband already left for work and I wanted to surprise him. Again so easy. I am going to do another one right now. Thanks :)

I subscribed to your service, wanting to create a video with friends for a special occasion. Even though the video was entertaining, I did not find the overall experience as rewarding.
My intention was to make 1-2 videos but I was required to get the yearly subscription, which I'm not sure will be useful to me.
Although the quality of the videos available is pretty good, the quality is not consistent with all videos.
The variety is pretty limited, and repeating at a certain point. Many of the videos use a certain type of humor which can only be relevant to a specific set of people, which makes the use of the subscription of limited use.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Offer monthly subscriptions or specific videos for separate purchase.
2. Expand your styles and ideas to encompass more sets of people.
3. Set a higher standard for videos.
4. We really liked your annual video for the elections! What happened? These kinds of videos are especially relevant today. Really great social satire.

The site wouldn't take my money and it took 2 days to get a reply from customer service. By then the holiday had come and gone so it was too late. I cancelled my payment. Customer service via email is terrible. Takes too long and you need to be able to talk to them because I told her the same thing 3 times and she still didn't address the right issue. That took another 2 days. Company won't grow that way.
Purchased one yer subscription, and a video download, but the facebook does not agree the upload, and the youtube remove the sound track from my valentine video

She loved it! Laughed herself to tears! Couldn't be with her this year for Valentine's Day so I thought I'd look for something special. She's abroad so snail-mail wasn't an option! This was perfect. Took a little thought and effort but so worth it!
It's ok but I ended buying the subscription just because you made me go till the end I'm not planning to renew and I think it's not fair that you won't tell about the charges upfront
It was easy to follow instructions and was a great and unique addition to my gift. My recipients were all pleasantly surprised and had fun with it.
