After the 1st couple, the $18 annual charge is too much for the service. Really a 100 character minimum? Again, too much :)

It's possible that I enjoyed the process of selecting and then creating the card as much, if not more then, then the recipient did when they experienced the card.

I put my son's face into a rapper video and he thought it was hilarious; he said mom, I didn't think that was your type of music. I told him, hey, it isn't, but it was fun to play with that genre for your birthday!

I was able to send 2 weeks worth of daily jibjab songs to my husband of 45 years. They arrived on time every day abd he was very pleased.

Its good but their reviews require at least a hundred characters which seems a bit excessive but who am I to argue.

I did a fun one with your granddaughters with "walking on Sunshine". They absolutely loved it and howled with laughter! Since then, I haven't found any that I like for anyone, particularly for the kids?

Easy to use the website. Works well, as long as I have good photos!

So-so. Too hard to figure out sometimes. Don't know which ones sing and which ones do not. Too costly also.

I have so enjoyed creating clips and sending them to friends. We all had a lot of laughs from it. I am always looking for new things to do with it.

So far it is great.As long as they continue to ad new material I will continue to be a member. If they don't, it isn't worth having more than 6 months.

It is not as easy to use nor as easy for the recipient to open up, I don't like the new system, never know how many times I have to click on the use of the sign saying click here, the old way was the easiest to use

I like your service and understand why there is a cost, but I was unhappy that you charge a subscription as well as a cost for downloading a video. In my opinion, you should only charge for one of these. Either free downloads with subscription or charge per download with no subscription. If that was the case, I would give you 5 stars.

I really enjoy making the cards and think the price is fair for a full year. However, I wish it had had more options. I'm hoping a ton of new content arrives over the year as I may not renew otherwise.
