Heads don't fit properly, despite rotation and scaling tools.
Not many new selections, most are dated.
Mouth opening animation is poorly done.

Love this card giving product. Very easy to maneuver through. I needed to give a card to both a Birthday person and Valentine's Day persons.

Probably due to security constraints on my work computer, the jibjab site was very difficult to navigate and it took several attempts to get my payment accepted. Spent several hours getting my "production" completed. Was very happy with the end result, however.

I was very displeased to discover additional charges to the annual subscription to save downloads. Those downloads should be included in the membership cost. As soon as I can figure out how to do it I will cancel the automatic renewal.

I enjoy doing the cards but I wasn't able to do a thank you card for 6 people. Seems all the cards end at 5 :(

I've been a customer for over 3 years now and always get positive reviews from the people to whom I send JibJab cards! Keep freshening the inventory with new material, especially the video cards!

The promo said it was going to be $1 for the first month or two and I was charged $18.
I emailed your support people so they can cancel my membership ASAP.

Very disappointed I'm unable to share videos to Facebook which is the sole reason I signed up... I would like a refund but can't even see any information regarding contact etc

Love being the prankster. My kids my parents Friends and family all loved seeing them selves in their videos. Hillarious!

Made the greeting for Valentine's day & sent to my spouse, who never received it. Fortunately I copied the URL for the greeting and pasted it into my personal email when I discovered it had not been sent!

I set up a JibJab thinking it would be fun, but my video would not open, could not send it, I've tried to get a refund on my $18 I was charged for opening up an account, and I have not received one response from anyone yet at JibJab.

Highly disappointed, would never do this again, do not recommend to anyone. Too many bugs, hasn't been worked out yet...

When i post it to facebook, why cant it just open up and play, instead of routing it through jib jab, people have said to me its too much bother trying to get it to play, maybe i'm doing something wrong

I have enjoyed being referred to this great and fun site, a few years ago. My sister Melinda Nielsen, sent me a greeting... that was the beginning of my enjoyment in creating and sending Jib Jab eCards to my loved ones! Mahalo

I buy a service and then you charge extra to download? That is total bull$#*!, just like you requiring that I type 100 characters.

Fun, easy, inexpensive. Great. Go subscribe! Lots of options throughout the year. I'd go for the annual membership.

Didn't remember my email and therefore took $20 for two valentine's video. Doesn't work for a year. Let's you in one time then your out. If I put last name you will steal more money.

Poor. The program doesn't work as the finished faces just have black mouths.

I sent the "You're The One That I What" video and my wife of 45 years loved it! It was a surprise and she kept it on the computer and she repeats it often
