My Wife was unhappy with the Valentine, primarily as it only offered in a brunette colored hair and her hair is much lighter.

Absolutely wonderful card and delivered when I wanted it. But, and this is a big but, why do I have to sign up for a recurring annual payment? Will be cancelling it shortly

I liked the variety of choices of Valentines, as there are many different scenarios to a couple:-) I sent one to my own husband as well as to some best friends.

Was easy, fun, and had a ball doing it. Look forward to sending more. For some reason wasn't able to pull up all of my photos to choice from, will have to check into this.

My Grandsons and Granddaughters (ages 8-12) loved the Valentines I sent - especially, the boys seeing themselves dancing with girl's legs! (They're only ages 3-8.)
Which reminds me, you might want to consider offering more kid-friendly videos.

I received a propaganda online offering Jibjab for $1,99 and I clicked and started using it... it was fun u til I received a charged on my credit xard of almist $20! This unaceptable! The real price wasn't published anywhere otherwuse I would have not buy it... I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!

I would like there to be updates more often! I pay for this service but it's always the same. Please make more updated jibjabs so we have something to look forward to.

It is such fun animating the cards with your own family members. The selection of cards and music are great. People really love it!

Paid for a year. After using 3 times was cancelled. Have written several times to ask to reinstate paid account at *******@gmail. Com. And delete free jibjab account at *******@yahoo.com. As of today nothing has been done. Said give you 2 business days to correct this problem. Well it didn't take you 2 days to take my money. I'm too old for all this confusion. End of story is IM DONE!

Really easy to use and lots of variety in the templates and face shapes. Plenty of fun to be had here.
