I do not think there is enough day to day, thinking of you, wishing you well, that kind of thing available.

There is a lot for male, female in relationships, but not enough for family. I will not renew my subscription for next year, unless there is more to offer for the average person with a net work of friends and family.

Enjoyed making a dancing Valentine but recipients couldn't download or open them. Also, couldn't create a couple of the cards. After adding 3 photos could not go to the next step of adding a personalized message. System kept taking me back to the beginning.

Thought that purchasing the premium subscription for a year would allow download of the videos but these are still charged@ $2 / download which's disappointing.

App would not let me procede until I created a paid account. Then would not save properly. Had to go through the process repeatedly before finally completing.

Great fun, easy to do and you can get creative! I found it mildly addictive and produced 7 different ones in half an hour!

Easy to use and reasonably priced. Needs more content but that will happen over time. Also would be nice to be able to save my work to my hard drive without having to pay for them all the time. I already bought a membership.

Can't always fit faces in, and wish there was more selections, but lots of fun overall. Wish the original disco elves and country Christmas elves were available still.

It is fun making and sending them. Get lots of laughs from friends and family who receive them. Easy and friendly to use.

Thought these would be cute, but didn't like the mouth area on either card I chose!

Tapping on the mouth and just having it move would have been a lot better than trying to fix a black line that ended up looking to a tally weird!

It didn't accept our photo the first time so it ruined the moment. I've tried to get a refund with no response.

I'm really not very good at working with computers, but JibJab made this so user friendly, even an old guy like me could surprise and even wow his wife.

I had a blast creating vids with my grand kids. I think that they may have enjoyed even more than me. Plus, they are proud to have created something.

Great cards - everyone loves them - nice to be back again. I would really like there to be more cards to choose from, so please continue making funky cards - thank you.

I will give it another 6 months and if new material is not on the site for video cars I will be cancelling.

Want info on how NOT to renew membership at the end of the year. I like jib jab but when I signed up it was hard to see how to unsubscribe at the end of year and not be charged automatically.

Very good except the knowing what i was paying part so i made my cartoon and then i clicked finish or what ever and put it up on fb but had to figure out what type of membership and cost i had incured

I have heard from several people to whom I send a video and they loved them! They especially loved the dancing ones. This is an easy and fun way to keep in touch. I recommend JibJab as it will always make someone smile.
