I wanted to purchase a single card and was hoodwinked into a years subscription! Not right... when tried to go back and change the order your site would not accommodate.

I am an old guy. Handsome, talented, intelligent, but old. I send my wife of 37 years your cards often. When I place our faces on the bodies of dancing characters like your Travolta, Olivia Newton John card, it reminds me of us when we were in our 20's, slim, and fast on our feet, And I watch my weight and nutrition, and go to the gym to stay fit. Our dog also makes a fine dancing partner on your cards. Carry on.

Lots of laughs! The whole family likes to watch the videos. It is a good distraction just when needed. Love the old songs.

I opted to upgrade to the paid service thinking it would cost $1.50/month, billed monthly, however it was $18 for the entire year. When I asked for a refund and explained what had happened, the customer service folks did not give me a hard time whatsoever. The refund was issued and no questions were asked. Excellent customer service!

Had a lot of fun creating e-cards and my friends, who received the cards, also enjoyed them. Worth every cent!

However the site jabber leaves a lot to be desired demanding 100 characters and then your family name when stated optional i wil not give further feedback in the future

Bought this after seeing an iPhone user having this. Very disappointed nit being able to use this in an android. Also paid for a subscription but still have to pay to save videos if making online. What a huge let down.

I love jib jab to death, very fun and entertainment is deliteful. Some time it jump ahead or skipped parts, but I love it in the overall of things...

Since many many years as jib jab member we have used the few videos for greeting. Specially for Christmas and birthday.
Meanwhile we have to choose the same video for greeting due to missing new collection. Specially with 4 or 5 figures.
Furthermore some videos are not regards to the subject e.g. "All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor" has nothing to do with "Birthday":/

The movie was allright. Not too hard to get the pictures in the right place. And nice sound. I am surely going to use jibjab again

The part were you create the video is very nice and easy to understand. My problem is that if yoy want to download the video you have to pay extra and the best quality of the video is low.

It is a fun website, but not revealing the costs until you've already spent time and efforts may be a good way to make that first sale, but it will kill repeat sales.

Everyone I sent one to has loved them! So much fun to make them and totally hilarious! And for a little over a dollar a month, it's not really that expensive!

Jib Jab is fun to use. The results can be anything from hilarious to sweet. I wish there were more choices to insert one picture of the person sending the card.
