Sent Valentine's Day JibJabs to everyone. They loved them and I had fun making them. Addictive. I couldn't stop.

After paying a fee to join, you expect me to pay an additional fee to download a copy of the video I made.

Bad form..

I find the special offer price being advertised on the screen very deceptive. You cannot get that price for the service and must pay for the year.

That aside the give exactly what they offer

Like how new cards are added. Still easy to use and enjoyed by everyone. Doesn't matter what the occasion yall have something to fit the bill.

Perfectly good product, but not having the option to pay a little for 1 card seems a bit mean to me.

It was a fun and new experience for my husband and I. I posted a Grease Valentine's Day post card on my husband's Facebook timeline and so many Facebook friends liked it and found it very funny! Thank you Jib Jab for this unique experience!

The e-card I sent to two individuals were never received... And yes, I confirmed the addresses and no, they weren't in their Spam folder.

Jib Jab is fun, but it's pretty pricey and I was disappointed by the overall low number of video options. Several are just repeated (like they put Happy in the birthday section and the valentines section).

Valentine's Day was tomorrow. AUGH! I have forgotten to get my wife anything. JibJab to the rescue! In less that 5 minutes I created a personalized Valentine musical starring my wife and I. My wife praised me for my thoughtfulness and it turned out to be one of the best Valentine's day EVER!

Didnt realize i was signing up to 12 month subscription thats cost me $18 not happy! Thought it was a one off charge of a few cents for 1x video greetings card, why on earth would i want to pay for a whole year?

I had a lot of fun creating this video and sent it to many friends and family. Everyone really enjoyed it. It was an easy process. I loved the music choices.

I was suppose to pay 1.99... was charged 18.99 and my video never posted... horrible! Was not happy and would never use again

I would like to request a refund on my $18 subscription. I was not able to find the video template I was hoping for.
