Lots of laughs and applause for this year's Valentine's Day dance. Grad and Jib Jab and go! Total fun for everyone.

Great time making fun card for friend and family. They really enjoyed them. They can be posted right to Facebook for all to enjoy.

JibJab is fun but there's only a few videos you can put your face in to not worth the price. Very few new videos in years and years

Didn't know until 3rd time thru that I needed to be a member to use. Happy with the final result. Look forward to using it again.

Jib Jab is just fun. Great way to send a greeting or a thank you that is a bit different and always brings a smile. Step-by-step interface makes it very easy to use.

I think the service is a little bit expensive and the politics of payment aren't clear. I mean, you said we're gonna pay per one month and then when the payment appears on my card register it says the cost was 18 dollars per year! Maybe the customers don't want to use it per year, maybe the want to use it per month like I wanted.

I emailed concerning my sign-up fee and was quickly helped. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and being able to help.

Kind of entertaining, but for some reason, it doesn't work on Facebook. Maybe if that could be worked out and you accumulate more skits it might become popular.

The site is fun to use, however, sometimes it would stall and it would take multiple times to load a photo. One time the site sent a completed video with another customer's head that was not one of my heads on file. I'm hoping that they will continue to add more videos that are appropriate for younger ages.

Unlocking my password is absurd -- I tried last name and still have not received a link to reset it; considering it's been over 24 hours I consider that unacceptable.

I use JibJab to send birthday greetings to teachers. They love them and find it SO hilarious that they would see themselves in the songs and greetings!

Jib Jab is so funny and has brightened the days of many family and friends receiving their personalized cards with their own faces on the characters. The grandsons can't wait for Christmas as I have been sending them a special card the past 4 years. They all bounce out of bed in the morning when their parents inform them they have a Jib Jab card waiting for them to see.

I typed the text for the card and I checked the card after I emailed it and there was no text. Also, I didn't see a way to view the card before I sent it. Is there a way to do that?

Haven't been able to use it. After paying the fee I haven't been able to login. Customer service answer my request for help by resetting my password. Still unable to login, reset my password again still can't login. I requested a refund and haven't heard back since the request. I will be contacting PayPal to dispute the charge.

Just wish ALL cards are given the choice of how many heads to use. Also wish we could edit the heads once they are saved.

Give the price up front. Don't wait till we have completed a project before saying it will be $$$.
Difficult to move from one picture to another without going all the way back to the beginning.

IT IS SO MUCH FUN CREATING THE CARDS. I JUST NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAG PEOPLE IN THE CARD SO IT SHOWS UP ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. I SHARE ON FACEBOOK BUT THE PEOPLE i WANT TO GET THE CARD DO NOT GET IT.

Creating a jibjab video card was so much fun - and so easy. So there was happiness on my end as well as those on the receiving end.
What I regret is that it isn't possible to save the cards I created without paying an additional fee.

Sent a nice Valentine e-card to my wife and she loved it. Worth the money if you use it a couple of times a year.

Good Fun. Worked well and my receiver really enjoyed it. Looking forward to using Jib Jab in the future.
