Bad video quality and Selection.
I dont like the videos tipe and there quiality - not hd and the sound isnt good enough

I paid into Jibjab and found that you have to pay extra to download a video, which I feel if you pay for premium service, downloads should be included. I would really love to cancel my service to jibjab and get a refund.

I have enjoyed making and sending Jib Jabs to friends and family on special occasions, birthdays or just for fun

I seen the Ad on facebook decided to try it out. I was not impressed. You would think there would be a lot more to the site since i was dropping 18 dollars on a subscription. There were only two songs and are worth anything the rest of the songs are not very creative.

It is necessary to have more videos. Otherwise, there is no need to subscribe for another year. Please try to add more current music video clips to your site.

I created a birthday card and i lost it. I am paying for something that someone did not get. Not sure how it was lost but it went off my screen with all my payment information.

My friends enjoyed the cards I sent to them however there is an additional payment required if you want to download and retain cards you have made. Thats an unexpected cost and the reason I quit after one day of use and did receive a refund.

I was desperate to send a card to a family member and had run out of time to mail it, so I created one on Jib Jab. Apparently there's no option to pay per card, or per month even. You have to buy a yearly subscription to send just one card. It seems really scammy and tacky. Seems like such an unnecessary money grab.

Made several of these and they were enjoyed. Wish there were a couple of "friends" ones - not just birthdays, or holidays. Just because... I need to figure out the mouth part better tho.

Though I haven't heard back from the recipient of the Jib Jab, I enjoyed making it and receiving it myself.

I never laughed so hard! Was having a very bad month, this was the first laugh I had in weeks! I watched it over and over. Loved it!

Easy to use. Cards are fun to give and fun to receive.
Like the tracking system. At first was not sure if all cards sent were covered in the annual fee - download fees bit confusing.

The animated e-card I sent did not perform correctly. I was unhappy and wanted a membership refund. JibJab gave me the refund with no hassle at all.

I am so glad I joined. I've already sent so many cards and they are hilarious. It is definitely worth the money.

The price I hope it is much cheaper since I just use it once or twice a month, the video much better finish and not in limited time

A friend posted one of these clips and I was so impressed with it I had to do one myself with the missus.

I sent JibJab an email regarding an issue I was having and they replied to me immediately and resolved my issue that day! I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Taylar! And then to even receive follow up from JibJab to make sure I was satisfied is A+ service!

I used JibJab to make a digital valentine for my Mom, Wife, and Sisters. They LOVED it, and were amazed at my mad animation skills. JibJab makes me look gooooooood. Worth every penny!

I have had so much fun cropping and pasting various faces into the scenarios, honestly, it should be illegal! LOL
