I have been a JibJab subscriber for a couple of years now, and I have always enjoyed the great variety, and ever-expanding content for creating cards.

It was a great little app that allows us to have some fun with friends. Everyone enjoyed and had a great laugh at the expense of each other. Keep producing more songs for us to have more fun with.

Can not resolve log on issue. Do not pay attention to all my emails describing what was going on. Asking questions that where answered previously. Very frustrating!

I have raised a dispute with PayPal. I was suppose to be billed a one off £1 but have enter into an annual subscription.

Soon as I saw this site, I knew I would have a lot of fun with it, not to mention my wife loving her Valentine's Day card.

Wanted to send my girlfriend a Valentines card. She didn't get it. When a company screws up my first order, I rarely give them a second chance. I certainly will not if it pertains to my love life!

It's difficult to use. Takes a while to get delivered. Too High Priced! Tried to contact customer service. Never heard back.

When the 5 grandkids come over they love to take turns playing jib jab. It's fun for me to hear them laugh so hard.

Wish there were some new cards for kids and young adults. Would like some new ones for adults too. Fun to make and easy to do on phone too

I have been a long term JibJab member and am disappointed with the infrequency at which new cards are introduced to the site. One fairly quickly runs through the material and has to turn to other sources for cards. Will probably not renew membership.

Laughted so hard nearly peed my pants and so did the receipient of the Bday cards. Yes, I made 4 for one guy. He asked for more lol

I don't like that you can't edit after choosing the pics. Also lining up the mouth with the PIC is not easy.

Hilarious videos. Were a huge hit with everyone I showed them to. Looking forward to having new videos to play with.

I use this for my grandkids! They love it! They watch them over and over. JibJab is a fun way to say "I'm thinking about you ".

It's fun, but too expensive, and for $18 I think you should be able to download for free. AN additional 1.99 is ridiculous. Also, your music sucks! There are only a few good songs and most of them are too sexual to use your friends in them. Great for overly sexualized and attention seeking teenagers with bad taste in music.

I would of given 5 Stars but wish had more music videos with just 1-3 people also. But they are so much fun and awesome to make for every one I know, can't help but to laugh entire video, they are hilarious!
