Good app but needs some new videos to use.

Great idea but limited variety. The reaction of the individual receiving the card was so so. It is a reasonable price so I will see how it works in the future.
There is no easy way to cancel a membership with jibjab, even a free one (of course, they make you join before they say you'll have to pay, but that's a separate discussion).
When you start looking round the site for a way out, their advice is to go to the email preferences in your account and ask not to be written to, but that's not the same thing: you're still "a member" and still in their system.
So then you write to them demanding to have your membership cancelled and all your details removed, then they write back to say that it has been done, and THEN they write again to ask if you're satisfied with the customer service.
Bit of a needy question to be asking of someone who's just told you they never want to see you again, yeah? But also, hold on a second: how do they even still have your email address? You want out, off their system, no more jibjab in your life and no more you in theirs.
I was hoping this review would be my chance to have the last word - but of course, you have to give your email address to leave a review. Catch22. Me laughing hysterically waiting for them to send the men in the white coats to collect me.
P.s. I suppose i should also mention that even though i was too cheap to pay for the video i actually wanted, the free one i ended up sending to my 75 year old mother in hospital featuring her 46 year old son and his 40 year old girlfriend doing a gymnastics routine in purple leotards went down a treat. ;)
Been using JibJab for quite some time now. The e-cards are great but need to be updated to reflect some new and fun e-cards.
Very disappointed, we all have friends that are part of LGBT community yet there are no themes that we could use to send to them... get with the times...
Upon reviewing my credit card statement I realized I was being charged a yearly fee by jib jab. I requested a refund because I hadn't used the service enough to justify the cost. Jib jab replied the next day with a full refund no questions asked. Service doesn't get much better than that.
Awesome Service corrected the error and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and I would recommend jib jab it's great
The cards are funny, but I am disappointed there is not a free trial or coupon code that worked for me. I am not sure I will get my $18.00 worth.
Jib Jab makes my family, friends and I laugh out loud. I love it! We all need a good laugh and Jib Jab gets it done. It's also a great way to keep in touch with far away family and friends.
My recipient said she never received her jibjab email card. I can't know for sure whether this was an error on her part, but, so far, disappointed.
When I would type or click on http :// www a jibjabsite would override without the http: and a warning would come up on my pc. Furthermore I found them on the Facebook account which I had not revealed also with a warning from FB. Therefore I canceled.

I couldn't have been more happy with the prompt, no questions, no hassle refund when I was surprised by an "automatic" renewal fee.
So fun,, cheap awesome for birthdays or any special occasion. Has multiple formats I like to do political ones with obama, Trump, hillary, Putin etc
Very easy to use; nice variety. Friends and family LOVE 'em! Only sent birthdays so far; but looking for more occasions to use! Fun just to browse even if you don't use.
The site is ok however limited to specific holidays and things there is nothing that i found to just send to someone just 'cause
