Now they Charge $18 join fee, and then a $2 download charge and not tell you after you pay $18. Ripoff! I want my money back.

I wanted to pay for one thing. Not a year. I hit send. Got an automatic payment charge. Still waiting for a response from customer service

I love it, cool to put friends and family faces on stuff like this. You need to have some pet and animal Jib Jab like "WHO LET THE DOGS OUT"

These are fun and looking forward to sending several cards through the year. I just wish there was more control mixing the number of people on each card. For example, if five and you only want to put in four faces, otherwise happy with the site.

I finally decided to use your site for a valentines card and you failed miserably. You crashed hard. So my payment was for "0" (zero) nada null. If I had wanted it for anything else, I would not have had a problem paying you. In addition, I did not know which picture that I was uploading to, whether it was the female or the male figure. Choice indication was not there.

It would be nice to be able to play your finished product and either approve it or be able to change it as needed rather than complete and start over from scratch. It would be nice to add or edit faces without having to start a card.

Can't wait until the next special day for someone.
Everyone enjoy my rendition of our holiday cheer. Perhaps a few more musical tunes would be good also

Too vulgar. Thought it would be more family friendly. I dont think I will be using this site in the future.

I mainly purchased this for Facebook fun, but they really aren't great because they take too long to load. If they could load faster and then maybe run for even a shorter amount of time (at least a few of them) - that would be ideal! Some way to get people to WANT to open it.

The software is a lot of fun and easy to use. I find the interface and capacity to create faces simple and straight forward. I would like to see a re 'Farewell' category moving forward though.

Some great cards to send. Always make you laugh. Nice to be able to choose the number of people to be in the video from 1 up to 5 Great fun

JibJab is fun and easy to use. People have really enjoyed the cards I have sent. The one downside is the download times can be really slow, but overall a good experience.

Enjoyable to use. Wish there were more options for different size groups of people. For instance, want to send card with 4 family members. Very few options

Had fun making e-cards for family. Lots of choices. Lots of ideas. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc.

It was so much fun making my video and looking at all the different videos to choose from.

I get a real pleasure in using JIbJab to sent out cute personal funny ditties to friends and family members far away. I also find it very easy to use and i cant say that about a lot of programs on here

I generally don't do the photo-insert cards. I would like to see a greater selection of non-insert cards. I am in danger of re-sending the same ones to my family members.

I really enjoyed picking and completing my video and look forward to doing more as well as sending other cards.

So happy to support this creativity. We all need more JibJab these days. Easy to use and great, quick support.
