The site is cool, but they only offer an app for Apple users. Very poor user experience. Still seems to be mobile friendly, but I would prefer an app

I'm satisfied with the experience but I did not appreciate being surprised mid card creation that payment was required. I wish I had known you charge an annual fee at the beginning of the process. If there is mention of it, it's not very apparent on the mobile site.

Everyone enjoyed the Irish jig, and it was fast and easy to use. I don't have 109 words nor time to think about it. Should not be a minimum requirement.

It would be better if their were more 4 people videos to choose from. As well i thought once you paid your membership there were no further charges i was wrong!

It was fairly easy to do but it was annoying having to download the same picture 5 times to populate 5 talking heads! Other than that, it was a lot of fun for my customers.

It would be great if I could select email addresses from previously sent ecards in my account. A list of frequently used email addresses would be netter than having to abandon an ecard to gp and find the email address.

I'm not happy with the positioning of the mouth, it's just a straight black line and it isn't consistent with where it's positioned on the faces.

My grandkids have such fun with jib-jab. We don't send all the cards we make, but often just use the videos for our own entertainment!

My friend couldn't breathe when I sent him the St. Patrick's day video. Being able to customize these cartoons is a laugh riot and very convenient.

Not good. Usually with online cards, they are delivered in the morning. This one not received and had to be sent again later in the day. Finally viewed in the early evening. I have requested a refund.

Wow! Is this fun! I couldn't find anything like it. My only problem is that the video dos not seen to be editable once you have the final product. I found some better photos and realized that one of the heads was out of scale and needed to be edited. Did I miss something?

I always enjoy sending JibJab to friends, they are delighted with the videos.
My whole family has received them and chuckled.

I WISH THAT THERE WERE MORE OPTIONS/SONGS. LOADING PICTURES ON THE SITE WAS RELATIVELY EASY. SOME SONGS ARRANGED BY THE DECADE WOULD BE GREAT, LIKE 1970'S, 1980'S, ETC.

I liked the added feature of being able to see when the recipient opened the e-mail. I wonder if there is a way to let your recipients know ahead of time that the unfamiliar e-mail is from someone they know so that it doesn't go to spam... without having to notify them myself.
