Great card sent to my Mom's bf. It was easy to find a pic of his face to put in the card, resize it and send it off. Just hilarious and we'll recieved!

Cant find a simple way to create and send these. It looked easy but i find the system confusing. Too aggravating for me

Maybe I missed something in the details but the first time I tried to buy a card I ended up having to sign up for an account with recurring payments of $18 a year. I had already spent 30 minutes looking for just the right pictures to add to the care. Then it let me purchase the card for $1.99. I was, however, able to cancel the recurring payments and the next week purchased another card for $4.99.

Thank you very much! There was a question about the return of funds, within half an hour they contacted me and they returned everything, it's very pleasant that they did not remain indifferent to my problem

I love JibJab and every time I use it, it has me laughing out loud! I like coming up with different faces I can use in different settings to make things even funnier!

The e-card captured my son's personality perfectly. He loved it! I will be sending more of these video cards to all my friends and relatives this year.

That is something rare these days, as poor customer service seems to run supreme.

Jib Jab was quickly responsive to my request to unsubscribe and to receive a refund for a current credit card payment. I appreciated the positive response without any maneuvering attempts to have me reconsider. What a nice experience!

JibJab needs to update some of the videos, or add new ones that are geared to a little more conservative audience, or members not so young, not ancient, but from a bit older generation. My friends and relatives love the JibJabs that sent by me, but I'm running out of choices. I am not new to JibJab, I have been a member for sometime now, but I think you have to cater to different tastes a little bit more.

Great cards and videos, but they wind up in recipient's spam file. Maybe unavoidable, but for the price, this is unacceptable.

The video was really fun and everyone loved it. However from a user experience perspective, it was too difficult to figure out how to get a link in order to share the video.

I have received cards from a friend and couldn't wait to return in kind. It took me awhile to figure out how to work with faces.

Had a great time surprising my family & friends with JibJabs. Great feedback too!

I like the personalized ecards, and was able to generate some really hilarious moments. Unfortunately, I find the selection rather small in terms of creativity and diversity in that nearly all the personalized cards adhere closely to American pop culture (music, sports, dance). Also, it was hard to find a card that took 3 or 4 faces (Mostly 1 or 5 it seems.)

Perfect! No stores, alot of variety for every occasion! And inexpensive!

Jib Jab costomer service was quick to resolve my issue. I thought I had cancelled my account, don't have the funds, but a payment was made. They refunded my money within 15 minutes. Very happy!

Very easy to use, plenty of funny, fun videos. My only complaint is that there are not enough videos appropriate for children, especially for birthdays and St. Patrick's Day.

A friend posted a St. Pat's video... such a hoot... we are in our 70's... had a lot of fun with this... looking forward to Easter!

I've made many videos of my family members! They laugh so hard when they watch them, especially my kids!
