I have enjoyed JibJab from the very start and have shared many memorable videos and cards with family and friends. They always remark how wonderful and how much enjoyment JibJab brings to their lives.
Our grandson loves "Happy" and when I put his and his parents faces on Jib Jab he went nuts! Loved it.
Very slow download after too long time of "Making the movie" and if I pay for something, I want the option to remove the logo at the final product.
For the price of the annual subscription I am fining the selection way too limited. I will likely need to use the same one or two cards over and over again because there are only a limited number of selections that appeal to me and aren't raunchy or inappropriate for the recipient (parent sending to teen child who doesn't drink or to elderly parent)
I've been on the receiving end of Jib Jab cards in the past, and enjoyed them a lot. The experience of creating them was even more enjoyable for me. The way the instructions were presented, was very well formatted and made the work quite simple, (even a chimp could do it!). The person I gave it to seemed to greatly appreciate and enjoy the card as well. I'd recommend it to anyone. I guess my only complaint was that I noticed at the end of my signing up, that it was a year-long subscription that would be renewed automatically, and I just don't like subscribing to anything where I have to remember to cancel it before a set date if I no longer wish to use it; because then, one day, it pops up on your card, (if you've forgotten about it), and you have to try and figure out what it is, and where it came from, etc. Other than that, though, I thought it was great.
I love the ease of getting around in this sight. The cards are funny and delightful to watch. The sight is very user friendly and I can move about easily while searching for the right theme for my cards. There are many cards to choose from for almost any occasion. I have recommended this sight to all my friends.

I was a member a couple of years ago and you could if I remember rightly edit photos more to shape face? Not able to do this now. Will you reinstate? Maybe I am remembering something else:-/
Easy to use and loads of different ideas. Happy to pay for unique and fun greeting cards. Used Jib Jab many years ago and pleased to see that the variety has increased.
I have fun making these for friends and family. And they find them funny and entertaining as well :)
Made some really cool things and loved the variety of products. Only thing was I wished the online account was more integrated with the APP. I made a card online and then could't find it on the app. Although I love that you can send things directly through text message with the app. Only site i found that could send cards/messages this way and many of the people i talk to don't check their email regularly so this was so perfect and exactly what i needed. Great Job.

I love JibJab but just switched to a Mac, and am unable to add heads. Had to fire up the old PC to do it.
I love Jib Jabra, it's a great way to get noticed by your clients family and friends, much better than just a happy Birthday email.
JibJab promises too much in their advertisement as unique services. When my girlfriend did not receive her animated birthday card at all from the correctly scheduled date ro her e-mail address, I had to manually "send" her the greeting-card(s) from her laptop online and insert from my USB the pictures that made the result striking and funny. Later from my computer, and because of this bad experience, I asked for refund (this was only routine for JibJab; trial period ended).
