We had a lot of fun making it and watched it over & over! So funny. I'll be making more. I think my grandkids will enjoy one of themselves.

The product itself is good and easy to use and share. My big contention with it is that if i pay for a jibjab membership to use the services i should be able to download my creations without having to pay extra fees to download EACH creation. I feel that is a bit of bait and switch for already paying members.

Not able to use different heads for cards as wanted. Unable to edit people's mouths during the procedure of producing the card.

Our family really enjoys your site. I only wish that you would have less crass and disturbing things on there. Sometimes, I accidentally come across them. There's no need for that. It's a great site without all that garbage.

Output and availability of videos was great. I wasn't impressed that I created the video then was advised I had to sign up for a year membership before I could send a card.

I got mixed up with my account and created a couple problems with it before contacting JibJab help. I contacted them via email, they responded and quickly fixed my screw up. It was sort of weird to have to do it all by email but it worked, so that's what counts.

We laughed so hard making our first JibJabs- it felt like an ab workout. Was such fun! We look forward to sending videos thru out the year.

It brought a lot of fun and joy to the recipients. Had fun casting them cant wait to use it more. The music videos were great for bdays and sentimental events as well
