Everyone always enjoy the jib jabs I make for holidays or birthdays with friends a lot of different things to create and so funny to see finished

The videos were awesome but when I signed up it said the price was $1.50. The amount by account was actually debited was $18.00... not cool.

THE FACT THAT YOU DEMAND ATLEAST 100 CHARACTERS SAYS QUITE A BIT ABOUT YOUR CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. KNOWING FULL WELL THAT 99% OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME TO TYPE THAT LENGTH OF A RESPONSE.

Hello, didn't even get to see how much it would cost, no trial basis.
I want a refund. Can this be possible?

I was over charged. I clicked on a link that stated I could make a video for 1.99 and was charged 19$

I looked at other sites and saw some cards I liked... saw jibjab and bought it... then tried to find a card... they were better at other sights... then when I tried to use my apple email address book I couldnt. Support told me to cut and paste the url which you can do for free... I need my address book. Im canceling my subscription.

I really enjoy making the videos for my grandchildren, they love them.
Would have given 5 stars but don't find enough appropriate music for them.

Nice to make people's day and not have to click through a million different sites and sign up for this and that, Just go to my account, make their day, be done! :)

Been a member of JibJab for several years and did enjoy using the cards and their process. But in the last couple of years the process seemed to become more burdensome to the user, more technical glitches during use and just seemed to be less user friendly as more and more inventory and choices were added.

Options ate limited and it's dlow to create the movies. Once you upload a face you can't delete it or move it so I don't have to go through so many just to find the one I want

It was NOT good! Not only did the face not have eyes even when I lined it up properly, my recipients never even received email. Also, I was told it wokld be $1.50 NOT $18! Totally fraud!

I am cancelling my subscription. I want to be refunded my money. Not interested any more. How do I get this done?

I saw a JibJab video at work and loved it. I doubted that I would be able to make one, but tried anyway. It was easy to use the site and lots of fun! I'd recommend it to anyone.

Been using Jib Jab for years. It never disappoints. Plenty of choices to entertain your friends and family with.

I always think I'm going to get tired of this, but it still makes me laugh. And they do a great job with the videos and cards.

Loads of fun,,, more scenarios would make it even better... could spend countless hours each day with the different characters and persons faces... great site to joke around with and send out to share laughs

It took a little bit to figure out the mouth movement. I wish there was a way to send these by text or Messenger!

Fun application I just didn't use it like I thought I would. My niece liked it but not enough to keep it year round

When I want to send a unique Ecard, I go to JibJab. It's also easy to use. JibJab Ecards always elicit a smile.
