I loved all the new songs for Easter! The ones that allow for 5 or more people are my favorite! I appreciate how easy this site is to navigate and how reasonably priced you are. I wish there was a way to opt out of the auto renewal, however. I'd prefer email reminders instead.

My friends and family love watching these videos. Videos for all occasions and holidays. Easy to add faces. Easy to add text and import photos from various sources.

Loved being able to send greeting immediately rarher than sending by mail -- on time for a change.

Don't appreciate you telling me how many letters to submit. Made me want to delete my rating.

They're fairly easy to do for each holiday after you first set up your library of headshots, and there are plenty of videos to choose from. Our grandson requests them. I also like the reasonable annual fee.

Ease to send and load images was the reason I used this platform.

Sending JibJab cards is super easy... and totally fun! Plus the recipients are always so happy to get funny, animated cards... especially with their own faces included in the animation. JibJab cards never fail to put smiles on people's faces. Keep up the great work!

I had so much fun and laughed so hard building my own little Productions starring various Facebook friends and family. JibJab is the best interactive experience for humor and play. The reactions have been hilarious.

Would be nice to be able to choose from a selection of 2, 3, 4, or 6 characters. Choices seem limited.

While the concept is cute, it doesn't get any points for undelivered email,.
Two of my four addresses received the Easter greetings. Two did not. There was no way to track them..

Did not use the subscription enough. When I found the auto renewal on my charge card, but it only took maybe 15 minutes for JibJab to refund the renewal to my credit card. That is service!

I was not aware that once you signed up with JibJab, that it would automatically renew... Once I saw my account had been renewed, I wrote them and was pleasantly surprised that I was contacted immediately and refund was granted, Want to thank them for such great service and for the many laughs that myself and friends enjoyed during my use of one year. Thanks again.

Been using Jib Jab since it began years ago! Love it! My friends and family look forward to the Holiday Jibs that I send out, always a great response.

I tried 3 or 4 times before I got what I wanted. Also, a face popped up in my JibJab - one that I didn't know.

I have always had stellar customer service with this site. They are extremely prompt and courteous... Love jib jab!

Being an old school kinda guy, I was disappointed not to be able to talk to someone on the phone, but your response to my Message was very prompt, and the issue was solved very quickly.

Was a bit confusing figuring out what my membership options were. Wish there were more options for one time buying.

Creating personalized cards is sooo much fun and it's so easy. All the recipients of my cards are always thrilled to get them. I've been a member of JibJab for several years and will continue to my membership.

I do wish that they would have more for hospital funny ones. People need a laugh when in the hospital.
