Get more ones for younger children for birthdays and other events. I will be canceling my membership.

I always enjoy making and viewing a JibJab greeting for family and friends and they get a huge kick out of it too! Seeing faces of those you know well cavorting around to sometimes silly or even inappropriate music and lyrics never fails to be hillarious!

Website does not function well... finally after many tries was able to send one video but took to many tries to do so... Richardson a second video cord. Too many tries.

This is ideal for me... sending my friends and family videos staring ourselves gives them all a giggle and makes them smile. Thank you and I would definitely recommend this to other.

I'm still inhibited to use it again. At first, it didn't go through. I tried some hours later and it did. Not sure whose picture goes in, mine or the recipient.

What a quick response, to my own misunderstanding. That shows class!... and it is a fun app especially during holidays.

I haven't had the opportunity to use Jib Jab lately so called and was directed to a website. I like dealing with people but in this case the website was easy to get around, and the reply was quick!

I enjoy using the JibJabs but am not a fan of the overtly sexual stuff. I just pass those by. Thanks for having some clean funnies too.

I have had much fun with creating greeting cards with this web site. My grandson, age 7 thoroughly enjoys making them with me, and receiving them. Easy to use and I like the fact the photos remain in history on the account.

I was unsure about paying for a whole year and it looked like there was a monthly option, but it wasn't clear. Now I realise I've been charged for the full year, which isn't a lot, but a bit of false advertising.

I would like to also see more songs and dances added!

I have used the site to send holiday cards to my grandchildren using them as the stars! They love it. While the selection is good, I would love to have a "children or family" section with perhaps a bit more traditional music. Not every one is familiar with the "popular music" and I always want to make sure that it is suitable for little ones. So far so good, but I'd always applaud more!

The video turned out great but when I posted it on fb a lot of people couldn't see it. What's the point if no one can view the video?

It was easy to do and hysterically fun and funny. I am working on an entire cast of characters so I will be ready whenever the next occasion rears its ugly head!

Recipients of my email easter card to them... never received them.
They searched spam folders, in folders and neither of them received. Very disappointing.

This site is so easy to use. It's a great way to send a card when you have little time to shop for a card in the store. They are funnier too and more personal.

I have enjoyed using the jibjab site as entertainment with my children and was extremely happy when there was an issue with my account, their reps were very responsive, helpful and resolved it quickly - they even exceeded my expectations.

While I very much enjoy using JibJab and the recipients enjoy the results, I find that your management of my account to have been very sloppy!
Firstly, you lost my payment details - twice - and then you erased all my heads, also twice!
It took ME a great deal of effort to straighten things out with NO HELP from you.

JibJab handled my (self inflicted) issue immediately. Fast, friendly and a professional support team. It was so good to know they were there when I needed them. Took away all stress. Extremely grateful and a very happy customer. Highly recommended. Thanks JibJab.
