The card, with my head and hers put on the characters, was incredibly funny, and touching at the same time. My wife simply loved it!

Sorry but I cancelled auto renew as soon as I had made the card. It's not as good as it used to be and you can now only preview it if you pay! So disappointed. Will not recommend to friends.

Jib Jab is an excellent tool to make someone's day and to enjoy the process of doing so. Simply put, it's worth it's weight in gold!

We have enjoyed using the cards where we insert ourselves most. However, we are starting to run out of choices...! Please keep adding more!

Love making the cards but sometimes when I schedule one to be sent it doesn't go through so I have to send again. Also would love to import my address book but your site doesn't support my format on an I phone.

The site is easy to use. When the site first came out you had had the ability to adjust the images more. The quality of the videos are a bit low.

Hubby and I had fun putting together a video to Cia's music. We had our heads in our ski helmets which made our daughter laugh! She said it was "Equal parts hilarious and disturbing, Ha Ha"

My granddaughter used to send your cards which I really enjoyed. When
I signed up to send her a card I was so disappointed after spending nearly two hours searching I finally gave up. I would like a refund please.

Dealing with Jib-Jab was easy and very accommodating dating. Would definitely do business with them again.

I love Jib Jab and think it's a great idea... BUT... I feel like the choice of cards is not as great as it could be. There should be music and songs suitable for older people as well, my 75 year old father does not appreciate hip hop and rap! I would like to see more old tunes and classic music maybe from the 60s

I re joined Jib Jab after several years. I made a dance video for my grandson and he was not able to open it? I addressed it to myself also... and it never showed up in my email. I think I would like to cancel my membership if this is not corrected. I never had problems with my previous membership.

Genius idea! The initiative brought many smiles. The ability to superimpose brings much creativity and a fair few laughs too!

Respectfully, I request that the $18.00 billed to my discover cc on 4/22/17 be reversed or refunded (Discover show transaction pending as of 4/24) as after numerous attempts to write a message or send-complete any card I attempted. I was able to upload pics, but nothing else.

I sent my son a video card --So much better than a normal card!
I never left my house and Everyone who saw it --laughed! First because I sent it( I'm not computer guy) second because it did much more than a normal card. I was the character My face was his face --I will send all my cards this way from now on!

Easy to navigate through the process, uploading photo's and personalized message nice touch. Exceptional selection of cards and divided by gender and subject makes it very easy to select the appropriate card.

Very user friendly and easy to do. Would like more choices on number in group and more options for birthdays

We sent the celebration dance to friends in Switzerland for a special birthday, if you listen carefully you can on good day still hear them laughing in the Alps.

The video wasn't the problem. It was great in fact. The huge problem I have is it said it was scheduled to deliver to the designated email on the 22nd of April for my daughter's birthday. She never got it. I had to get MY email with the video and send it myself... two days later!

I was taken care of promptly. I maybe think of them in the future. Charge by my niece was not permitted by me. I appreciate them resolving this for me.
