I didn't join this site. Received an email from them telling me what my annual payment was going to be. I can't find a number to call to tell them sometime has submitted my email address in error. If you're in business, you have a phone.

You look tech savvy even though your not. This by all means beats a physical card. Guaranteed to make everyone happy. It's hysterical! I love love love it!

Getting started isn't a clean step-by-step instruction. Going back to make a modification to a face can't be done. Have to start over. Will be much faster 2nd time.

I have been a Jib Jab user for several years, but he lack of new material is getting old. There needs to be more videos where you have the option to select the number of people.

I laughed. My wife and sisters laughed. My friend on the reviving end loved it. It will circulate. I imagine you will pick up at least 10 new subscribers once it gets passed on to their friends. On & on. Most of these people live in Kansas, Missouri, NC, Tennessee.
Can I buy stock? Need additional seed monies?

Broad selection of cards. Very easy to use. Create your own very funny and unique personal greeting card.

During process of registration I was asked to put credit card details to pay 1 or 2 and in the end they pull almost 20.
Another big surprise was when I tried to download my video and system asked me again for 1 to 2.

Beside this heavy dissatisfaction it's nice

You advertise a free account but I could not find that anywhere, and even after I had made a supposedly free card, I could not send it without first making a full years payment to jib jab. Also, when I have a problem with a site I want a phone contact to help me resolve my situation. I do not like back and forth waiting (email) for resolution... I could not wait if I wanted the card to arrive for the birthday.

I made a Valentine's card for my husband & subscribed to be able to make more cards for friends on Facebook and family. Paid $18.00 for the year and every time I have wanted to make one I am asked to pay! I am logged in as a member! This is ridiculous!

I was expecting a broader assortment of birthday cards when I signed up. More "cards for mom" and "cards for dad" options would be appreciated.

I have had good experiences with Jib Jab, and when a problem did occur, it was taken care of immediately and without any hassles. I will do business with them again in the future.

So many fun cards to pick from and annual membership is reasonable. Love this site. Just wish it worked better with Windows 10 EDGE browser.

I was a member 3 years ago, thought I would give it another try but I just don't feel like there has been very much added since then. And what do I need to do to order DVDs of the videos that I have personalized. The support feature is not very customer friendly.

I actually like the JibJab app better than the site. Love the fact that a new user could produce a video in less than 5 minutes... awesome!

Cheap way of making someone smile! It's easy to use. Still need to work on pricing for video download!

Why send the usual eCards when you can make them personal and fun? That's my reason for going JibJab. It's as much fun to make as it is to receive them. I chuckled my way throughout the process...

Wish you had an address book its a problem when sends card that you have to keep lookin up the address

Easy to use and very entertaining. Has lots of different options to choose from. Great way to send family something different for their birthday or other event.

Just one thing to feedback. It would be good if there were more options on the number of people you could include in a card and the gender.
