I had been with JibJab since 2009... What an awesome way to send personal cards! They are light hearted fun, make yourself the star of videos or those you love. Believe me you can't get better then JibJab.
If you have a problem come up, they are right there to help you with fast and a wonderful surport team.
They take pride in what they do. I love these cards. To me they are the very best out there for all your needs in one wonderful site.

Creating our card was easy. Unfortunately it went to our recipients' junk email and was discovered late. We didn't receive acknowledgment copies, either.
Everyone enjoys getting a JibJab. As the one that usually sends them, I feel it's time to update the experience.
First, how about some new options (eCards) across the board.
Second, make the number of characters flexible, (2-5) for instance.
Third, make the gender flexible for all of the characters in an eCard.
Hate the auto renewal! The photo selection link is not complete. This would be so much better as a 1 and done service with a small one time fee to use.

Video kept disappearing from Facebook. The 4th one finally stayed. The video itself was really cute.

When creating my video, I had trouble inserting text, which was the entire reason why I got Jib Jab. Also, the video was not what I was expecting, so I already submitted a request to cancel my account and receive a full refund, as I was not pleased with this service.
I was charged $18 for an entire year subscription which I never knew when I entered my credit card details. Thought I was only making a cute video for $1.99. Whatever. Never doing this jibjab thing again
I'm still waiting for the recipient to view the email with her jib jab card, because of outdated flash. I also don't like the credit card commitment of constant membership, but I can see how some people might. I would prefer a "per card" charge. I've asked to rescind my membership. Sorry.

Even though the FAQ explains how to download JibJab videos, the information is outdated because this is no longer an option. For most people this is probably not a deal breaker, but for my purposes it was a big issue.
Jib jab is a great app. Fun for the whole family. You can make so many funny videos with the click of a button
Sadly all the sites I posted the video clip on took it down citing copyright claims by the song and jibjab. What a waste of time and money
First card I made I sent after downloading. Transmitted fine. Second I emailed directly from your website 2 days ago. Still not received.
I created a card that I really wanted to send to a dear person but I found it offensive that I was forced to subscribe for a year. I don't send many eCards. Idon't send many cards period. I feel that the card effectively cost me the $18 annual subscription, hence why I say expensive. I was not given an option to pay for just the one card.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
