Not satisfied with the purchase. I would like to receive a refund for the purchase. I used it once and I didn't like it. It's not worth the money spent.

Many choices are pretty lame. WIsh you had better choices. Sometimes the cards don't go to the recipient and have to be resent.

I joined and tried to create the Ice Ice Baby card, and I formatted, and tried to attach my saved faces on the card many times and it just kept creating a card with some default faces on it. I sent an email to support but all they did was suggest I try the FAQ's. So I gave up.

I was charged and for a picture to be added to a birthday card and the picture was never added. I also object to their policy of automatic renewal.

I love the site but not the mess on the accounting side. Too much of a hassle to contact customer service in the U.S. to even try to sort it out.

The site is fun, but I want a greater variety of music; more songs to choose from. Also, as a member I would like to receive some perks, such as two (or more) free downloads per month.

Also, I think I would visit the site more if you offered some type of games or contests.

Brings a smile to anyones face. A very good way to share happiness to someones special day or any occasion.

Fun but can get Meh after awhile. There's actually a handful that I like. Pretty worried since I would like to cancel after this year and am not interested in future payments being automatically deducted. Sadly, holidays and a select few are entertaining for myself.

Lots of fun! Great music and the adventure videos are always entertaining. I use JibJab at all of the holidays.

Overseas so sending a birthday card to Granny/Mum was solved perfectly by cut'n'pasting her picture onto your roller skating happy birthday card - she got to see what she would have looked like as a blond with retro disco gear to boot! We all had a laugh!

You should have more songs to choose from. If the site was free to use, it would be more understandable to have only a few songs.

I have had several years of laughs from JibJab - the availability to easily insert people's faces in videos is the greatest thing!
It seems that after the first year there was not a lot of new selection. I would love to see more cards for kids / family instead of adult themes.

Very much fun to share with family & friends. Easy to use, and affordable.
I have had many nice comments on the ones I have shared.

It is fun and easy to design. I like to make one for the office I work in to put on Facebook just for something fun. There have been many postive comments and laughs.

I really don't know who has the most fun, the designer or the recipient, when working with a Jib Jab card. Also, when you post a card on Facebook, the number of responses skyrocket and the comments are wonderful. Great product, and great fun!

I always use Jib Jab to send holiday cards. I add the people I'm sending it to's faces along with ours dancing and singing and it's always a big hit. There's nothing like being remembered and laughing too.
