Very straight forward and easy. Payment was seamless. Various screens that popped up were appropriate and easy to understand.

After writing to the JibJab support team yesterday, I awoke this morning to find a response from a JibJab support team member, Heather. I am VERY satisfied with her efforts to resolve my issue.

I had a lot of fun making and watching the birthday card I sent to my brother. He emailed me he thought it was hilarious.

Not real happy with it. Won't let me load different pictures. Wish it had woman to women videos. Also would be nice to have new and more videos

I was a member a couple years ago, and let it lapse. Recently i wanted a special card for someone, I decided to try again. There were SO many designs there that had not been changed in the length of time i was gone. The one i really liked, required a membership to use. I am not happy with the membership and have been considering cancelling.

Brilliant app, so many cool video cards to choose from and v easy to customise them. Would be improved if the app showed the same set of faces as on the website.

Need fresh material. Offer more edgy videos. Take the technology to the next level. If nothing is done to take the animation to the next level. I will not renew.

Except this review section that FORCES you to write at least 100 words. That's rather annoying.

I wanted to cancel my subscription Did not realize that I had done an automatic renewal. I saw the charge to my Amazon account and asked Jib Jab to please drop my subscription and refund the subscription cost. They did it with no hesitation. I may go back in the future!

I would have rated this a 5 if it was possible to group/name uploaded images. It would also be nice if I could edit an uploaded image (ie I didn't alight the eyes, or the mouth correctly)

I have been a "free" member for years, but just upgraded to the paid version.

Everyone who gets one of these loves them!

I have had a blast making videos with my friends and family. It has been extremely exciting to see the kids laugh at the finished products. LOVE IT!

It's so easy to use. And very inexpensive too. I have even used my pets' photos. Just drag and drop, and it's all done.

This was so much fun and provided the perfect gift for a friend turning 70 who doesn't need things but experiences especially with humor make the perfect gift. Low on funds but need something personal turn to JibJab. Also you get to send it to the people that you put into the cards so they get to share in the fun. Easy to use. It's just hard to pick out which one to use. Thank You

I sent Mother's Day video of Rumba Dancer to my wife. She received email notice, but when click to play video, nothing was there.?

Love it! Very unique. And fun place to submit Birth day cards and have fun with friends and love one

One word - horrible. The recipient never received the card. I sent it to her husband and he could not open it. So, the experience overall was just horrible. I will not be renewing my subscription.
