JibJab has garnered a positive reputation for its creative and entertaining video offerings, which customers appreciate for their ability to personalize messages for various occasions. The company's customer service stands out, with many reviews highlighting prompt and professional responses, particularly regarding subscription cancellations and refunds. However, some customers expressed frustration over technical issues and lack of communication regarding sent cards, indicating room for improvement in service consistency. Overall, while JibJab excels in customer support and product quality, addressing the occasional service hiccup could enhance the overall customer experience.

I believe Jibjab used to have a contour cropping option but now that feature is no longer available and when you upload someone's head you have to deal with unwanted space around their head which throws off the entire illusion.
The card I send to my son have not been received by receiver, I tried to send again but it did not arrive. It said in: my cards: card not opened yet.
What is the problem?

I was surprised that there wasn't more variety to choose from within the group. Otherwise it is a great site and I do like it. I would recommend it. The cost is very affordable!
I appreciate receiving the refund and look forward to using JibJab in future. I like the selection of cards and the ability to insert photos to personalize them.
I love the unlimited videos subscription. Put in a few photos and make your friends and family laugh. I put our team at work into the chicken dance and they loved it.
Creating cards with jib jab is so much fun. Receiving cards is even better. Great variety of super silly card options. I love it.
I recently wanted to send a card to my mother for her birthday. My friend had sent me a card in the past so I wanted to give it a try. The card was easy to set up and my mother got a laugh of a lifetime!
I have lots of Deaf and Hard of hearing friends, colleagues, and family members and the lack of captioning for your videos severely limits my selection. I am highly disappointed.
It was ok I couldn't sign in very easily but after a little frustrating attempts and then never saw the one I did yesterday
Not one of my recipients were able to open the card! I'm so disappointed because it took my awhile to get the card made!
We have used this for years instead of sending typical paper cards. Everyone seems to love them and they are super easy to make. We will continue to use them for many years.
It started when I just wanted to send a friend a birthday card and (I'm not exactly computer illiterate) and after 30 minutes of clicking around and testing out the cards I might like with uploaded photos, I could never ascertain *before* I did all the work which cards might be free or not. It says you can be a free member, heck if I know how. In the end, I really wanted one that needed a subscription. Then I find out that yeah, it's $1.50 a month but I have to pay for a year in advance with auto-renewal? That's an automatic personal NOPE. But in the end, I actually caved, arguing with myself that it wasn't that expensive and that I could cancel before it renewed. Well, then my friend didn't get the card! And I had to re-send, but then when she opened it, it kept insisting her Flash wasn't updated (it was, she's not illiterate either). Then I sent another card. Same issue... so here I just spent money to send my one friend funny cards she can't look at? Between the two of us we probably wasted three hours on this. Seriously guys, if you want people to pay for your cards, give some option to charge fifty cents for an individual card... I'd have done that more readily. But moreover, how about making it so your product is actually viewable? This was just a total dud for me, however cute and funny the cards actually are. Maybe another time.
Teied twice to align mouths and preview them but had to save each one before i could see if they were. Aligned properly. Not very good especially. For a newby and i had to send video with blank mouths
I appreciated the prompt response and resolution from Jib Jab customer service representative Danielle. Thank you very much!
While using jib jab has provided me with a fun way of sending greetings to friends I often have difficulty such as trying to make corrections etc.
I don't insert photos into cards and found that most of your cards are for that. I don't know how to filter those out. I've contacted your help desk about it.
What a great way to touch base with somebody and let them know you're thinking about whether it's for a special event or just to say hello you're thinking of them thanks I'm so glad my friends turned me onto your site
I enjoyed making my sister-in-law a Birthday card.
But I don't understand how to get my pictures from Facebook? And that would help a lot.
You forgot to send the card that you forgot to buy... you know who you are! Save the egg on your face for breakfast and send a jIb jab card RIGHT NOW!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
